Clean room, dated property

Staff is very friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Our fur baby enjoyed himself too. The room is very clean and spacious. The air-conditioning in the room works great. We were very comfortable during the heatwave going on. We enjoyed the daily breakfast.

Breakfast was good and having 2 dogs, they had a good pet area.

Great family spot.

The stay was nice clean room. I did call many times to make sure that we got joining rooms since we had many kids with us since we were going to the water parks close by. Michael tried to make this happen. He was very apologetic that he could not cause there was other people who needed the rooms completely understood I did call back in March to call the day prior to our stay and called the morning of our stay to try to make this happen and they were still unable to accommodate. The morning of checkout it was 1042 and I maid did not knock on the door. She just walked in and said it was 11 o’clock and it was time for us to check out. I found this to be very rude and disrespectful and I let her know that it was only 1042 and we still had time. I do not remember her apologizing or saying that it was a misunderstanding or anything like that she just closed the door and walked away.

Enjoyed my one-night stay here with my boyfriend. Staff was friendly and we were able to get an early-check in. Plenty of parking available and felt secure. There is a good sandwich/bbq place you can walk to for dinner and the hotel breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Hotel had plenty of luggage carts available which was nice. A/C was great during the heat and bed was pretty comfy.

Took one look at the sagging roof on the entryway and the dodgy location and walked away. We went somewhere else and ended up eating the cost. The big giant sign out front that says “not responsible for theft or damage to vehicle” was the first hint. Can’t vouch for cleanliness inside since we never even went in.

Beds were comfortable, and the pullout sofa is good because they will bring you a mattress pad to make it more comfortable if you ask. Breakfast was decent but basic hot breakfast. Cheese omelettes, bacon. I liked that they had cottage cheese and peaches, bananas. The oatmeal was instant, make yourself. Coffee was horrible.

My only complaints were that AC was VERY LOUD throughout night. And the bedding was lacking- blanket/comforter too small for bed & very thin. Tiny pillows.

Everything was wonderful. Only complaint that the air conditioning was loud.

Nice property and common spaces. Decent room, but the HVAC wheezed annoyingly all night and the sink and shower drains did not flow well. Solid continental breakfast each day with good coffee.

How much sleeping space they have in a room

We stay here regularly while visiting family. The staff is always lovely, especially Nicolette on the night desk. The bathroom fan does not work and the bathroom lighting is not bright enough. Otherwise the room is okay. Breakfast is okay, but not great. Coffeee needs to be fresher and stronger.

Breakfast was good except there was no butter for the waffles. Toast or biscuits also ran out of hot water for tea.

Breakfast both day had toast muffins. Waffles. But had no butter both days. 2nd day they ran low on water for tea and did not have water in pitchers.
