I haven’t been credited back my $50 each time so I’m out $100

The bed was comfortable however every thing else about this hotel reminded me of a motel 6. I also don’t recommend eating the food, even though it’s free. The food was old and when I mentioned it to the front desk she had an attitude. When I saw the girl bring out more food, she mixed the old food with the new food when it should have been simply replaced.

Was a pleasant experience. My family slept so good . Love the pillows. Breakfast is good but when we stayed the pancake machine is not in service.

Breakfast was great. Warm food, good variety There seemed to be a little uncomfortableness among the staff members. Not very interactive with guests.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was typical Holidai Inn Express. No hot tub at this location. Pool was inside.

This was our third time staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Redding, and it continues to be our go-to spot for family weekend getaways. It is very affordable and serves as the perfect base camp for visiting nearby attractions like the Lake Shasta Caverns and Burney Falls.The rooms were clean and lovely, and the front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We also made use of the indoor pool—while it is on the smaller side, it is well-maintained and perfect for the kids to enjoy. We love this hotel and will definitely be back for our next family trip!

Bedding is nice Breakfast was poor. The best item, the breakfast links, were a struggle to get onto your plate. The lid on the chafing dish was broken. In order to get a sausage, you had to hold your plate in one hand, use that same hand to hold the lid and plate, grab a sausage, then maneuver the sausage onto your plate, without dumping everything onto the floor. Also, without getting burned. The eggs were rubbery and taste. The cinnamon roll was inedible. While trying to check in, the front desk had a sign “Back in 10 minutes.” When the desk clerk finally returned, no apology, just a curt “I was fixing TVs.” If the room had not been prepaid, I would have left.

Breakfast was not on time...

The location was great. Very friendly staff. Coffee maker was missing a part that holds the coffee pod. One towel that was folded with the clean towels smelled dirty and foul. The bathtub was worn out and needs replacement.
