Holiday Inn Express Redding North by IHG

One of the biggest issues we had was with our toilet. It was broken. It ran water almost all night. By the time we realized this we were too tired to pack everything up and request a new room. We also tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room had no service.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast which was included, had a great variety of food.

Quick set up with rooms and easy, room was not very clean, washroom had hair laying around the floor

Good hotel to stay

The bed is comfortable, I like the location, and the breakfast is pretty good. There was mold and I think some type of worms in the shower. It was a very small amount of mold and the worms were very tiny like the size of a pinky nail. And the cold water didn’t work on the bathtub.

Staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating. The Wi-Fi at this hotel is terrible. Truly terrible. Low signal, atrociously slow speeds, constant disconnection. That needs some real improvement. Also, there's only one elevator and it's slow.

Property was very clean well maintained. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the pool was a little cold, but after riding a motorcycle all day in the heat, it was refreshing.

Breakfast was great but totally ran out of nearly all by 0918. Finally got one cup of milk for kids cereal. See above

The room was clean and friendly staff breakfast was great the room was much bigger than expected and the bed were super comfy

Wifi was poor and I had 1 bar reception for my phone in the room. The breakfast set up late

Breakfasts are the best

Very comfortable bed and nice size room. Very good breakfast selections. Reasonable price. Only problem was a very complex and cumbersome tv control system.

There were roaches everywhere and baby ones in the room. Not a great experience

Clean, quiet, comfy. Appreciated the free breakfast as well!

Everything was good. A nice hotel, clean and in good condition with friendly staff. It is close to a highway so there was some traffic noise if you are a light sleeper.
