Truly an excellent stay. Despite nearness to I5 noise was not an issue. Hotel is clean, newish and very well run. Comfy beds and we all slept great. Strong AC in the rooms. Buffet breakfast is on the higher end and the kitchen staff were attentive.

Poor maintenance staff not professional no cart to carry baggage or stuff even after waiting no help or assistance provided to carry bags to room. Took to long to check in staff wasn’t properly trained for check in. No kitchen stove in the room we booked with kitchen when asked they handed over induction.

The breakfast had a great selection and was presented & maintained well. The location was perfect, it was right next to I-5 with fuel & food available. This Hotel was about 4 years old, clean & comfortable, with spacious rooms. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman in the breakfast area. He was so kind and welcoming and kept everything clean and organized. The breakfast was really good, and the room was comfortable and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our interactions with staff were consistently pleasant and friendly. Of particular note was my experience with Keith when I arrived late for breakfast and he told me that he just cleared the food and he offered to bring me a plate and he reheated that food before bringing it out for me. What an unexpected way to start my day. Thank you.
