Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge

Staff were very friendly and helpful to anyone in need. The Sheraton club on the 3rd floor was very convenient.

Exceptionally clean and professional staff. Restaurant and park access and added benefit. Room safe broken and no one responded to call for repair but otherwise top-notch service.

Hotel was nice - room was cozy.

The Staff made the stay. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, from reception (Bethany) and the 3rd floor Sheraton Club staff, and Mosaic. My only suggestion - better lighting in the rooms. I had to work and the lighting was minimal, so I took my laptop down to the Club room.

This place was really, really beautiful. Extremely clean updated, and very comfortable. The staff was very polite and courteous and helpful. In the location is perfect for the area and having the restaurant right next-door was perfect as well. I would definitely stay here again!

The curtains were too heavy, didn’t allow sunlight in the room.

Changing rooms because room too far away from my parking area. Not very conscious for people with disabilities.

Had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very good. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We moved away for five years and had the opportunity to stay here at the Sheridan and it wasn’t what we expected. There were ants in the room, there were no garbage bags in the garbage cans and the fan in the bathroom did not work. also, there were two wasps caught between the window and the screen so we could not open our window. The most disappointing part was the hot tub was out of service. I have chronic back pain and I always check to see if they have a hot tub because it really helps when I travel. Very disappointed it was not working.. Most everything else was average and we are only there for one night stay so wish it would’ve went better.

The hotel was excellent - clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The cafe at the museum in the same complex was a great value and huge portions. The restaurant attached to the hotel was okay, but I would only eat there again as there's not other convenient alternative.

The property was clean. The first room we were given was a double queen room. We booked and paid for a Deluxe King room with a sofa bed and balcony. The second room was a king room with a patio that had no view, and no sofa bed. At this point we didn’t even bother to go back. When we attempted to go to the hot tub that evening, it was cold. The gentleman who was out there, who had been a guest in the hotel for 10 weeks, said it had been warm a handful of times, despite letting staff know multiple times.

The location is probably the best part. Being right next to Turtle Bay and the Sundial Bridge makes the hotel feel much more like a destination than just another stop off the freeway. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a great place to walk around and relax, especially when traveling with kids. Overall, this was one of the nicest stops on our road trip and I would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re passing through Redding. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to break up a long drive.
