Awesome Hotel. Perry is an awesome host. He checked us in for the night. Made us feel right at home. When spouse needed few amenities they made sure they provided what we needed. So friendly, respectful and kind. Jose was there when we were checking out of the hotel. He too was awesome. Clearly staff care about their guests and their stay. And they put a lot of thought in the hotel and aesthetics. You’ll see. vibe of the hotel is super chill, plenty of parking, laid back aesthetics. Our 90 pound dog also enjoyed the stay. We will absolutely stay here again. If you bring a pup don’t forget to take a picture. They have a pup guests album in the lobby along with some doggy treats! Nothing that stood out too much.

Clean, convenient location and very personable! Home away from home this space offered free snacks and water in the lobby and cheap washer/dryer facility with washer pods and fabric sheets. The guy at check in offered restaurant suggestions as well as safety tips for getting to the sundial. Would stay again if ever in Redding Parking is a bit tight and some ding ding parked directly in front and up close to stairs and it was a bit to finagle around it with big suitcase… but honestly no complaints

It was accessible, safe parking in the middle of the city, and convenient for going any direction out of the city. Each trip to the office was met with a smile and offer to help. The water and snacks were appreciated. House keepers were the best.

Charming, pet friendly hotel to stay in Redding.

I booked this place due to walking out of a previous reservation I had due to the dirtiness. The Americana was ten times better than that place! I was so grateful to have a clean room! We loved our stay here and the guy(can’t remember his name sorry) at the counter had great customer service. This place has like this cute little modern homie patio area thing. We would definitely stay again!

Exceptional

The handicapped room was excellent. Very spacious, in fact it was actually a 2 bedroom suite with two TV's. Most important was that the accessible bathroom was also excellent.

Nice place. Staff was very understanding, friendly and helpful. Location was great, could walk 5/7 minutes for breakfast. Quiet and well looked after. Place had lots of cameras in the parking area which made it feel very safe.

Boutique motel we'll Worth the value. A real gem in downtown Redding!

Horrible nasty not clean the floor of the room was so dirty walked from shower to bed and soles of my feet were black again! Counter tops are all grimy and dirty the bed had hair and rips in the sheets the pillows smelled of mildew and parking what parking! Came back later and had to park in a non parking spot to be able to park at location even though guaranteed parking was what they say! I would love to get my money back!!!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious room. The family suite comfortably accommodated three adults and 4 children. Loved the cafe-style outdoor seating area. The area around the hotel felt unsafe but the hotel itself felt secure and safe.
