Americana Modern Hotel

Spent a fast night here, didn't need much for amenities but a great, clean place to stay. Weird part of town but all our stuff was okay.

Very friendly staff and clean property. We went with our dog and it was very easy . Fees are very reasonable (25$)

This is a great little hotel with an old motel vibe, but with remodelled, Americana themed amenities. The staff were beyond hospitable and extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend this place for a stay and will likely be back when in the area again.

Very clean, in town, within walking distance to Turtle Bay. Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious. We will stay again!

Clean, big tv, parking is ok but a bit squished. Concierge was very friendly and nice. Disappointed there was no pool and no continental breakfast but I got this room because my wife and I were traveling with four kids and everyone needed a bed. Better than getting two rooms. We enjoyed it.

I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Redding. That pretty much says it all.

We brought our two dogs. And had an awesome experience. Everything was simple and clean. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and had three beds which is perfect for our family of 5. The two staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is AMAZING! It is located in a central area and the neighborhood feels safe. There is plenty of food and drink options within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The room was clean and smelled good. The staff went out of their way to make our stay nice and were responsive to our requests. We will stay here every time we come to Redding.

Clean, comfortable, excellent staff!

Only thing i don't like is the fridge had couple hairs in there and that's means nobody actually cleaned it after checkout. I didn't have a chance for breakfast so I can't voice about that. They also have some snacks and water bottles for free as complimentary which are really nice. I would definitely come back.

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I talked with a umber of people n the staff and they were all wonderful. Feels safe and homey. Love it! Really near Shasta Regional med center for people visiting there or staying near loved ones. Great places to eat and have coffee nearby, such as Theory for coffee and Deja Vu for breakfast and like much. Near Woody’s for dinner and drinks. I give this place 10 out of 10 stars.
