Staff was very friendly and property was clean!

Front desk service was fantastic! Room was huge! Great shower! The bed wasn’t all that comfortable but good for one night. The room had an odor, and a box fan running in it so I assume there was a water issue? Overall I’d stay again!

Nice little renovated motel. Just an overnight stay while on the road, but it was easy to find and comfortable for the night. Pet friendly room was nice, though had no carpet, just concrete floor. Staff was friendly.

Surprised at this delightful remodeled downtown hotel. Staff was most helpful suggesting restaurants and other things, including providing us with a downstairs unit. The A/C was quite loud however.

Sarah at the front desk was super helpful. It was a quick overnight stay and if I have to do Redding, CA again - I will surely prefer this hotel.

Omg, so glad I stayed here!! Very clean! The beds were so comfortable. They have Beekman products, which is so lovely. The little details are so cute. Very modern. The shower has a “seat” and a removable shower head, it was perfect for my non verbal autistic son, he loved it. I checked in at 2am after a very long drive back to SoCal from Seattle. The lady who checked me in was so pleasant. She didn’t seem annoyed at all that I was there so late. She made sure I was aware of all the amenities, including the free bottles of water available in the lobby. The next day, I went to get ice, which is located in the laundry room. I noticed they have free pods and dryer sheets available as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone.

Great staff clean room walkable area

Very cute retro styled motel. The staff was fabulous, very helpful and kind. It was extremely hot while I was there so I didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space but the AC worked so all was well. Excellent value, good location. Will stay there again.

Super clean,staff are accomodating and willing to help beyond,vibes of the hotel,room.accessable to amtrak,and other important errands cause its in downtown area. A go to hotel/place for my family everytime we are in Redding None

The Americana has a great location that is easily walkable to downtown restaurants and parks. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The sight is very clean and secured by gates in the overnight hours. We traveled with our great danes who loved the dog biscuit jar in the lobby! We will stay again!

My only complaint about it was the parking if you got there too late it was full and hard to find a parking spot.

This is now my go-to hotel when passing through Redding. The location is great - easy access to downtown shops as well as the rec trail along the Sacramento river. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love that they serve coffee from a local business, Theory Coffee Roasters.

I like this hotel and always try to stay here during my road trips to California
