Nice room and very quite

Would be great to be offered minimum breakfast, even for a fee as needed. Otherwise experience was great, location wise. On busy evenings like long weekends, would be good to have additional help for checkin process. It took as 1.20 mins to join line and get the room. Sam the owner is great and so is the staff, very pleasant place to stay. I will recommend this to friends.

Truly, a great value rooms were clean floor were a little dirty, but besides that everything else was excellent staff was friendly if I’m ever in the area, I would definitely stay here

Not satisfied because the washroom was not clean, bathtub got plugged the floor was dirty I was walking around with a white socks and next I the morning when change my socks the were so dirty. I’m not so impressed with the condition of the rooms.

We stayed two nights and were largely happy with the room and property. The only negative was that the floor in our room was dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Other than that, we would stay there again.

It is a very nice, clean place. Their bed is also very comfortable. I was content for staying here

Nice hardwood floors, bed was pretty comfortable , AC worked good , was a little disappointed no breakfast but that was stated in description. The TV had connection issues so only used it for a limited time. Overall a clean property / room and would stay here again , keeping in mind there is no breakfast of any sort.

Check-in: I booked 2 rooms via Expedia but when trying to checkin and asked for 2 rooms and was denied, saying I don’t have the booking. Should have checked if 2nd booking is in another name and should have asked additional security deposit/documents. Instead he said no booking!!! I asked if there is any family friendly location near the hotel and he said rudely “I don’t know”. This person should not be a hotel staff. Rooms: NOT Clean. Dust everywhere. The customers include bikers and night workers (pr0$titues) and daily labors. No place to hang towel near hand wash. No napkins, no cream. Chair was old and shaking, could not sit and move. Floor was not mopped. Bathroom did not have tissue holder. No tissue and no towels. When complained I had to manually collect the tissues and towels, no one bothered to deliver to room. As tissue holder was not there I had to place it above toilet flush. Shower mixer was broken. No place to hang the towel or cloths inside bathroom. AC was working but right above AC window drapes were there, it made noise whole night. Window curtain had 2 broken rings, so light was always coming to room.

Clean solid stay. No complaints

The staff at Red Roof Inn are very friendly and accommodating. They always helping us out if we need to make changes, or to extend our stay.

We have problems every time whit the reservation. The man on the front desk it’s no nice and never have the reservation ready and He look for the past reservation no the present las weekend he say I never put my card on field charge me one room and then he say they don’t have more room because he check the last month reservation so bad for us it’s stressing

Perfect for one out two nights. Loved the cafe in front.

Very helpful staff great place to stay!

The staff was nice and helpful, but overall the property and room smelled like smoke all throughout. The room looks like it needs upgrades, did not look like the pictures. In and out

Rooms were clean, staffs were helpful. It would be more better if they keep well maintained equipments like microwave.

Room was clean, aside from the floors. They need to implement new mopping policies. The pool was great, with a 2ft pool section for kids. There’s a restaurant next door which was incredibly convenient, food was decent. For the price, this place was perfect for me and my family. I travel alone as a mom with two small children and I felt safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will return!
