Everything was fine until we saw cockroaches in our room.

Ok, the front desk staff was professional, informative and friendly. Plenty of parking and a clean room with nice beds.

AC kept room cool, nice they had cameras everywhere

I stay here again. Everything was great about the place. I'm not kidding. And I stay in a lot of hotels!

Staff were helpful, swimming pool and air conditioning was great! Centrally located!

Upon initial inspection the room looked ok but after I put my stuff down and looked around it was dirty in all corners, especially the bathroom. The wall paint was chipped throughout the room. Shower facet made a squeaking noise and took multiple yanks to get the shower to stay on. The TV turned on but the remote didn’t work. The ac smelled moldy and was very loud. The bed was comfortable, if you appreciate a slightly firm but plush bed. The smell from the ac was not tolerable, we left early.

Very old! No phone in rooms. Beds very uncomfortable.

Upon entering my room, I found a bug. The kind you don't wanna find. I immediately called the front desk to report that issue, as well as a truck blocking the driveway, making parking inaccessible and my bathroom light was non-functional notifications were made. I was scheduled for\n 2 nights, I checked out the next morning and the first thing I was told is no refunds. He was rude. The man at the front counter and asked if I Notified the nightclerk, which I did . I will never stay there again

The night clerk behind the check in desk was amazing. Super helpful, super friendly, even came out to point us in the right direction of our room. This was a last minute stay for us and we were very happy with the service and rooms. The rooms were clean, nothing amazing, but I appreciate a clean room. The morning staff was just as friendly and helpful.

Sheets nice and clean, ac icy cold, amenities arranged and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations because when we made it to Seattle for our "200" a night room, it actually disappointed us. Go to Red Roof Inn in Redding, just because it isn't luxurious doesnt mean it's not going to be good. 10/10

Beds were dirty when we checked in so they switched us to different rooms, in the new rooms the sink had no cold water, then the shower had no water pressure when using the cold side of the shower. Then the shower drain was backed up and I couldn't shower at all without it over flowing, there was also bugs in one of the two rooms that my party had.

Staff was great took care of us took our luggage to the room as well

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue in the room was that the hair dryer didn’t work. Parking was probably the biggest downside, as it was limited and difficult at times. I also noticed quite a few people hanging out outside their rooms drinking, which wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t cause any problems during my stay. If you’re looking for an affordable place in a convenient location and don’t mind a few minor drawbacks, Red Roof Inn is a solid value.
