Staff was kind, courteous and professional. Room was clean (sheets, towels, floor & bathroom). They have security camera in parking lot. Room smelled of cigarettes. Guests upstairs were loud.

Walk in had that cigarette smell that had to turn on ac right away just to get rid of the smell. Also of course, saw few ants here and there too.

Quiet room, we ended up renting another night but 2 nd night sounds like a herd of elephants above us. Getting our dog to bark? Police patrolled property. Alot of homeless walking around property. Sign saying their not responsible for any damage to our car or valuables. That kinda made me feel unsafe.

Everything about this hotel was terrible except the lady who checked me in she was very kind. Dirty stains everywhere, door lock broken, smelt terrible, towels dirty

Easy access to highway. Staff was helpful when room keys would not work. Sheets seemed clean. The room was semi clean. There was stuff stuck to the floor. Hairs on the towels. The toilet paper roll looked like there was mold growing on the side of it. Other people came to their rooms around 12:30am blaring music from a speaker. The smoke alarm was detached from the ceiling. Not sure if it was even functionable. I expect some marks on walls and understand I have chosen a low budget hotel to stay at but it seemed like the rooms were just not cleaned very thoroughly or inspected.

The staff were nice and welcoming. Severely disappointed and disgusted when I went to go shower and there was either poop or blood on the shower curtains. Never jumped out of a shower so quickly. I was so off put by it and couldn't wait to leave. Staff were great though.

The room we stayed had no tv, microwave or fridge like it said when we booked the room.
