Head shower broken. Toilet, water not turn on. Room has plenty of cobwebs Lousy bathroom. No hot water for coffee and flat iron

Good staff person at front desk tried to fix everything that was wrong. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Good AC unit worked well. My room didn't have any towels or extra toilet paper and no tissue paper dispenser (the cleaning staff missed my room). The TV was broken and wouldn't work in spite of the gat at the front desk trying 2 different remotes (not her fault).

I choose this motel because of the pool but when I got there the staff told me that the pool is out of service and they were wainting for the city to fix I don't know what. But they don't mention that in Hotel.com and also they were homeless people around the motel smoking weed and caughing at late in the morning. I had to get out of the room and tell one of the homeless to please leave the area I want to sleep. That was a 2:00 am. It was not a good Motel to stay.

Dirty bedspread with dog paw tracks on it. Stained towels. Reserved for pool but pool was closed for illegitimate reasons. Dangerous tub with no bars or soda dish.

Location The room was filthy. Floors looked like they were not vaccumed or mopped in weeks. Took a shower and after getting ready for bed my feet were black. The two towels had black stains and black marks. I moved the corner table to use the plug and there was so much dust on the wall and lots of debris on the floor. The bed was not comfortable at all. The decour needed updates but no excuse for uncleanliness. DO NOT STAY HERE!

No good terrible dtaff dirty place potential drug dealings. People around outside all night

A little nicer than the average motel six on the side of the freeway McDonald’s right next-door so is Dutch Brothers there is lots of truckers in the area that say it’s a good place to stop. Was there with my family on the way back from Disneyland going to Canada and it was a good sleep.

Lack of fridge, car alarms at 2am

“Non-smoking” room smelled like an ashtray, really badly. Tub and sink were backed up and wouldn’t drain. The bed frame seemed to be made of toothpicks and I could feel the metal springs in the mattress all night. Towels were literal cleaning rags and stained with dirt. Dead bugs and cobwebs in the corners, and no toiletries or amenities; not even a tissue box. Then the activity outside at night. Seemed like some shady stuff was happening in the parking lot. This place should be a last resort. Definitely do not bring children here.

they messed up our reservation from what we booked. They charged us more than what we agreed to pay. They had homeless people and drug addicted people all over the property! No breakfast not even coffee. it was a horrible, horrible experience!

It's good

This motel was disgusting. There were hyperdermic needles around the facility. They had overflowing garbage in every trashcan around the motel, house keeping walked by all day long and did not change them out. There was garbage all along the corridor, the outside was absolutely filthy. The dog area out back had overflowing cans. We encountered a few black widows in the parking lot by car and outside our room. They had cockroaches in the bathroom, wall, and ceiling vents. The staff congregate outside the front lobby smoking all morning. There was not any motel staff to ensure loud partying was not going in until 330 AM. The only good think about this place was the front desk guy in check in, he had the patience of a saint dealing with some of the other patrons seeking assistance before we checked in. We could not stay here and had to find another hotel on short notice over the holiday weekend. This was not safe for kids or pests. My son saw his first cockroach and I doubt I will ever live it down. I have no idea how this place has higher stars then the most of the other motels in town. Shame on whomever is creating fake reviews to lure families in. Never again.

need to deep clean

The room was dirty, the towels had poo stains, the sheets had cigarette burns. It was infested with spiders, inside and out.

Very clean room, shower had low pressure and toilet was loose

My only gripe is they let people smoke in the pool area and they let people stay there later than the posted hours. A little annoying if your room is right next to the pool.
