Staff friendly Room wasn’t prepared properly. Outer door to parking lot propped open at night

Things have been painted over but lots of broken or missing fittings, no do not disturb signs, empty shower gel dispensers in shower, no policing of disabled parking outside being abused. Overall good value.

Unsafe, couldn't get out the sliding door, hot water got warm and then it would get extremely hot, repeatedly. Couldn't get anything on TV for my child. I wouldn't recommend this please for anyone.

A typical India Indian property where they slack back on maintenance. Good staff and lots of deferred maintenance. I have owned motels & hotels myself and owned 21st Century Travel Inc. with offices in 19 foreign countries & 2500 employees which was sold by me. I am not being racist my son in law is from India decent

I cant say anythig except perfect

Breakfast was very good and the room was clean. Hot tub not working Pool very cold and not clean. TV not plugged and outlet not working. Toilet shaky.

Breakfast was good Beds looked like slept in, trash on floor, beer can and other trash in only garbage can in room and only one bar of soap in bath room, shower and bathroom door dirty. Didn’t look like anyone cleaned or checked room. Unable to up load pictures

Checked in Friday 7:30 pm. Desk clerk gave me key card to room that was occupied. I had a problem making the key card work and when I successfully I opened the door and found a duffel on one of the beds. I went back down to the desk and saw the clerk outside smoking. She saw me and came in and told me that she had screwed up and gave me the wrong keys to the room. Said she had been working too many hours. My room had one washcloth, a tiny piece of soap and inadequate supplies for the coffee machine. Overall a poor experience for $120 per night.

My 1st impression was it was pretty grungy. Wasn't very clean. Reminded me of what you would expect from a Motel 6. There weren't available outlets or usb like a lot of properties have these days. No kleenex so had to use the awful tp. And only garbage can was in the bathroom. I had stayed at a La Quinta earlier this year in Williams and was impressed with that one so I was very disappointed here.

Beds were good/comfortable, room was normal size and clean (except for the carpet) and the breakfast had the usual items of a Motel breakfast. Free parking and WIFI is always a plus. The carpet was absolutely disgusting!!! A stain here or there ... ok, but this floor was more stains than carpet. Mentioned it at check-out and didn't even get "oh so sorry, I'll pass it on to management" or anything, which makes us think that they already knew this and heard it a few times before ):

The room, the hallways were filthy. Not just a little dusty or dirty... We are talking straight filth. The air ventilation has thick black blow out marks in the hallways and in our room in the bathrooms ventilation. The ceiling in the hallways on the third floor were staging from water damage and.it was evident mold was formed under the paint that they tried to conceal it with. There were homeless and other odd people with food stands set up in the back of the property and took up several guest parking spots. The breakfast was not edible. The eggs were in a layer of water and they were just indescribable. The potatoes were cold and like rubber nuggets. When dogs won't touch bacon, that's saying something. Due to the thick filth caked around the bottom of the walls to the floor was so bad it had triggered my asthma and we left the night before we needed to check out. There were two water damage spots in our room as well. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice. It was the worst place I've ever stayed at ever.

This hotel was more like a hospital with less cleanliness. The shower drain was not attached and came off while I was showering and my heal got stuck in it. I have pictures! There was brackets on the wall that didn’t have anything attached this someone could easily snag or cut themselves on them. We travel often this trip was a multi-state trip with my husband and we had been on the road 15 hours when we got to the hotel and were really looking to get some rest. I have stayed at a lot of different hotels including many La Quinta hotels and don’t normally have anything negative to say but this one is not what we expected by far.

Very dirty, and in poor shape. I also was not able to get a receipt for my payment.

The price was ok, just a little more than Motel 6. Room wasn't clean, previous guest left jeans in closet. Bathroom wasn't clean and fixtures missing. My room was on second floor and the ice machine didn't work, outside stairs didn't have lighting and door wouldn't open. On the whole this motel was not up to La Quinta standards.

Exceptional

The response from the staff addressed the TV not working correctly, but the TV was not able to be fixed. The site was completely booked at the time I arrived. The staff informed me they had a late cancelation and were able to put me in the next room. I am handicapped and was inconvenienced by moving into another room. Everything worked in the new room. The first room (556) had multiple stains (including a big water stain from a ceiling leak, several that looked like blood droplets, and over 10 other stains throughout) on the carpet; several stains on the wall and light cord chase; several light and TV faceplates and outlet/sockets were loose from the wall, the missing microwave, theTV (would turn on) could not change menu options or channels, even after maintenance attempted to fix it and made several trips in and out of the room. I am handicapped and inconvenienced by having to move to a new room 557. Even though the room was right next door, I had already set up the first room for my stay. I arrived just after midnight. By the time after several attempts to fix the TV, packing up my old room, moving to my next room, and setting everything back up, I was able to get to sleep after 3:00 AM and needed to wake up at 9:00 am to pack up and make it to breakfast in time, before the official check-out at 11:00 am. (I have attached pictures of the aforementioned stains, faceplates/outlets, and the missing microwave and the top of the dresser that had damage to it). I have stayed at La Quinta multiple times, and usually my and my wife's (when we travel together) first choice for hotels. We have always enjoyed our stays and never had issues like I experienced at the Redding La Quinta. Again, the staff was very friendly and responsive, but room 556 should not be allowed to be occupied until the items have been corrected, and it does not meet the standard expected from La Quinta.

We also booked the executive suite with a king bed but when they moved us we were given a regular room without any compensation.

Front desk was super chill and helpful in checking me in. Very easy. He was very friendly and down to earth. The eggs weren't the best, but that's about it.
