the breakfast was good and the employees at check in were welcoming and nice we'll stay here again

Things disliked: one of the beds in room 229 had a hole in the middle of it. Towels had makeup on them from a previous person. The rooms didn’t have facial tissues and apparently the whole hotel was out of tissues.

We couldn’t get towels for two days. There was no smoke detector then they gave me one and told me to install it. The room was supposed to have a balcony and I was given a horrible out dated room facing the garbage dumpster. That hotel needs a deeeeep cleaning. Gross

Not enough time for breakfast

From the moment I opened the door, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been shampooed in decades. It was covered with dark stains that looked like dirt, blood, or other substances, making the room feel dirty and unsanitary. The blankets also had black stains on them, and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. A clean room is the bare minimum guests should expect, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide that. I feel like I was misled by the online photos, and I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements to its cleanliness and accurately represents its rooms in its advertising.

Our TV did not work for one night, toilet seat kept coming off and most of the electrical outlets did not work in the room. For the price I would expect these things to be fixed.

Checked in and the place was run down . Pool was closed and the water looked green . Immediately checked out . Fortunately the lady at the front desk was very understanding and I got a refund through hotels.com .

This property hasn't been renovated or updated for at least 40 years ! Why on earth is Wyndham putting their name on it? And not spending a dime on updating and renovating?

1. Room Service won't come 2. Pathetic Staff (Rude) 3. Toilet spills water in the Bathoom 4. For people of 4 only 2 towels were provided 5. You need to request for the cleaning they won't come by detault, it is not communicated at check in time 6. Breakfast has limited options Not a place to stop by

Clean and well managed

4:30 and nobody initially at the desk. There should be 2 stations open.

Location is good. Property needs major upgrades. Carpets in rooms have patches and/or cut outs without carpet. Exterior looks appealing but inside lobby and rooms leave lots to desire.

No hangers, no hairdryer, the pool was not open. we waited two days to get 2 hangers. the pool did not open and no hairdryer. very disappointed,

The handicap room had no hot water for showers. I ask for a discount, and was told to the Expedia booking there was not discount. The matter was listed on the room maintenance, but they rented to us anyway. This was out of line and you Expedia should follow up on such a poor service to seniors as we are in our 90s!

Well to start we got in early so the front desk gave us a room on the 3rd floor we got there and we found TP in the peephole of the door, the microwave wasn't clean the sink was leaking and we had terrible tv service. So I went to lobby and told the front desk about our room they sent the maintenance person up and told us we would have to switch rooms so after waiting for a few minutes I went back down to the lobby and ask the front desk if me and my wife were going to switch rooms she was unaware of that due to poor miscommunication, so she gave us a room on the first floor went in to it everything seemed good. We moved everything from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor everything is fine, but we did not have a table to set our suitcase on. And the TV was just not working and the Wi-Fi was terrible. And no soap or hand towels in the bathroom. I had to go up on the 2nd floor to get ice. Because on the 1st floor the ice machine was broken and the pool was not clean. Even though swam in it, and there was a little tiny floating object in the pool with a bunch of leaves in it. And for some reason our room deactivated on the 1st day we went in.

We booked a 3 night stay, I planned to work while visiting family, however the WiFi was down. Apparently they’ve been having issues for a couple weeks. They refunded our stay and we had to find a new place.

The price was very reasonable. It was clean and comfortable.
