The room smelled awful. The floors were nasty. They were dirty. We came in super late, so we just crashed, but I would never stay there again. It was awful stunk bugs. The kids were so tired we didn’t want to leave we got there at 11 pm and left promptly at 8

Everything was better than the motel that we left in Anderson that we could not even put our stuff down in.

Room was old below standard. The furniture was filthy. Whoever owns that franchise need to spend a lot of money in upgrading his property.

It is a total dump MOTEL; a seriously leaking shower, and a dresser with the front missing.

We checked in fairly late so we didn’t have an option to leave and find somewhere else to stay for a night. When we got to our room there wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed, cigarette burns on the mattress (we booked a smoke free room) , the pillow cases were stained, no extra linens so we could swap the ones on the bed, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We called the front desk- no answer, then went down stairs and no ever came to the front desk.

Reserved a room through Expedia, no problem. Arrived at the location and presented a cc and my ID. The clerk Kate promptly informed me there would be an additional $500 CASH deposit because I lived within 60 minutes of there location. I mentioned the reservation was made through Expedia and a deposit was never mentioned. Kate indicated rudely that management had been trying to change that with no luck. It's obvious Quality doesn't want local business.

Room was dirty, property pretty shabby, front desk lady was nice but wouldn't stay again.

Staff and breakfast were excellent, the room was ok, despite it was a non smoking accommodation the smell of cigarette was terrible, I couldn’t sleep well and for this reason I got a stuffy nose and headache. Also the bedding was stained with some dirty.

This is your basic cheapest room you could possibly get. There was a strange white stain on the chair we stayed in. The shower was not very clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The only plus is that the morning Breakfast was really good.
