Good last stop before leaving California
-
We arrived late and the night staff was great. I believe their lobby air conditioning was out at the time but the rooms were nice and cold.

Ok

I stayed here after a long drive from Portland that day and my daughters and I were so exhausted. The attendant at the front desk was so kind and even asked us about our drive. The hotel was clean and our room was nice and spacey. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was available the next morning, which saved us some money. It was perfect for our overnight sleep before we hit the road again the next day.

The air conditioner makes big noise, whole building smells not good. The breakfast room is crowded and simple.

Thank you Front Desk staff

Good place!
-
It was as advertised and a great place to relax and sleep on my 2 day drive

Rome had recently been renovated and was very large and clean. Breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast which was fine, but the seating was very limited. The television needs to be reprogrammed as the channel listings do not agree with the service provider. Overall, a good but not great stay.

Room was clean but needed a lot of renovation especially the carpet. There was so much stains all over. Not too many restaurants around the property. We were on the 1st floor and a bit noisy. Breakfast was ok but wasn’t organized.

Not what I expected someone got booked to wrong property needed the one closet to funeral Funeral place right down street it was brand new, very beautiful, very helpful and then they said I wasn’t booked at that one. I had to go to the one on mistletoe. I would pick a different hotel but in these circumstances I had time was an issue.

Great rate, clean and spacious property.

I appreciated the help and friendliness of the staff. The size of the room was great. We had to switch rooms because someone on the floor was smoking and because of the vent system, it got into our room. Made my allergies act up. I think the place is being updated right now.

Hotel is filthy! Carpet disgusting! Corner of couch totally chewed off and carpet filthy in the room! People hanging around in parking lot were sketchy! I asked the manager if the motorcycle in our truck was safe! He safe maybe but it’s at your own risk! We requested credit and left! They charged our credit card anyway! Nothing it’s a disgusting hotel!

This place is old, you can feel it when you walk in. The big air conditioning unit in the lobby was noisy. My room had a deadbolt but the chain lock had nothing on the door to attach it to. The carpet was stained, the internet was slow to the point I just turned it off.

Helpful staff and a good breakfast

Very nice room
-
Our rooms carpet had stains all over it. Patchwork had been done on the walls; but not painted. The mattress inside the pull out sofa was SHREDDED. And the towels that were in the bathroom smelled clean, but had been folded and were still wet. Luckily for our family we were only there to sleep and leave during the day. The two full size beds were both fairly comfortable. And the attendant who made the food in the morning was very friendly.

When booking on Expedia it seems they keep putting us in a handicap room

Conveniently located walking distance to restaurants, bars and corner convenience stores. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and available at 6am.
