There were no take and go breakfasts at this time.

Then was told my food would be delivered to my room in 10 minutes. I called after 45 and was told the cook was preparing it and would be there soon. It was delivered and the person delivering it did not look pleased. Then he returned in a few minutes with a big smile and another order of the food, saying my original order was delivered to the wrong room and was still sitting in the hallway so he brought it to me

Wanted to give the new restaurant a huge thumbs up. We had a most excellent meal on Friday night at the new Italian restaurant. Absolutely out of this world!!! The only little problem inside our room, was the temperature. First we were too cold and then it got too hot in there. That’s all!!!

Location Power was knocked out for several hours, fortunately we had a flashlight; we should have at minimum been offered a free drink at the bar but received a “sorry”

This hotel is in good shape. The beds were fantastic. The staff was friendly. The area of town itself was kind of dirty and on the downhill slide. It looks like it used to be vibrant. We could not hear the freeway at all. It is near Sundial Bridge and the downtown eateries and the newly renovated Public Market. The tv was annoying. Plenty of channels but difficult to navigate. Not really an issue, just annoying. On an off note, we were told that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations, but the first night were were there there was a big party in there. Maybe it was training... or a private party? I felt like we were slightly misled by the front desk at check-in. Not a deal breaker, just a observation.

This hotel seems more suitable for business travelers than families. The staff never informed us that dinner at the hotel restaurant required a reservation, even though we were staying at the hotel. When we arrived, the staff looked at us as if we weren’t dressed well enough, and they seemed unsure where to seat us. It made us feel like they assumed we couldn’t afford to eat there. Every guest should be treated with respect, regardless of how they are dressed.

Needed an elevator and it was way in the back and still encountered stairs before we got to the room. Need to make this clear on web site. There was no breakfast as stated. It was grab and go but nothing was available

The location was the best part. No breakfast or dinner to purchase at the place. The attached private restaurant was rude. Needed a reservation to eat. There were many available tables. The young girl receptionist said “ Oh you’re just walk ins” we were traveling Saturday June 26 evening. Not welcoming. We were told there was a continental breakfast in the morning. No coffee in the lobby as well.

The location is great and we stay here often when we travel. The rooms are comfortable and usually very clean. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. There was food in the chair and a streak of grease on the table. Other than those 2 things the room was clean. When we checked out, Jenny, was borderline rude when telling me that the restaurant was not open for breakfast. I told her that we had been told when we checked in that the re-model was complete and that it would be open in the morning. She said "well he was wrong. It is open for dinner but won't be serving breakfast until next month." When I asked about coffee, she rudely said "you have a Kuerig in your room. That's your free coffee. We don't offer free coffee down here." I said that they should probably update the website, that states there is 24/7 coffee and she stared at me and shrugged her shoulders.

I need my receipt!

Shower didn’t work in rm 224, no water pressure. Hotel check in counter provided ear plugs because hotel sits by railroad tracks.

Easy access and plenty of parking Nothing

Very clean beds were comfortable bathroom was a little small but still very accommodating
-
The window curtains didn't provide enough darkness from the bright outside lighting--but that's just my tendency to be sensitive to lights.
-
