The first two rooms smelled of cat pee. Third one was the charm. The clerk was helpful.

It’s Motel 6, not the Four Seasons. The price was low and so were my expectations. However, I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was clean (needed more attention around the faucet), the bed comfortable, the furniture was all in great condition. No frills, but didn’t need any. Just a clean inexpensive place to sleep!

Some staff were friendly at arrival Room smelled. Matress in extremely poor shape and dirty. Room next to high way. When I informed staff about this and wanted a new Room, they could or would not assist me. I mopped my floors on the first night. Bed linen was full of hair and shower as well. I slept on a camp matress the entire week that I had to go and buy at walmart as Booking.com and the motel did not want to refund me to book another place to stay

It was very dirty
-
Not much other than the price THere was a fly and insect infestation near the very thin windows
-
A place to stay for quick and cheap.

Shower was clean, coffee in lobby was decent. Front desk attendant very welcoming. Dirty walls near bed (bloody nasal debris), door damaged, poor condition, not secure.
-
Dirty sheet and blanket.

The property is located by shopping centers, gas stations, and resturants. It is right off the freeway. The rooms are basic, clean. They could be somewhat more updated.

I was really surprised by how clean the accommodations were in the US

Opened the door to a cocktoach party.

This was the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. The room had a nice design and Not that ugly cheap orange color scheme. The only complaint i have is that the bed mattress is mediocre. I slept well bc if you’re a traveler you know you’ll sleep anywhere to get that rest. This room has a microwave and small refrigerator which made it handy to eat in. I recommend this location.

No breakfast provided No breakfast. Bathroom needed better cleaning. Bottom of swimming pool needed much better cleaning.

The location was excellent. Housekeeping and the female working the front desk were excellent and friendly. My interaction with them was pleasant. I love that they're pet friendly, so I was able to bring my dogs with me. I was charged an extra $81.16 without an explanation by the main guy at the front desk, who was not personable and seemed a little misogynistic. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was so nice and helped me back into my room after my keycard stopped working for some reason. The pool is in dire need of repair. The broken tiles could create a hazard if not properly taken care of soon. The floor of the hotel room itself was absolutely filthy, and there was trash under the bed. The bedding had long black hair left in it and what appeared to be dirt and crumbs. It's not an issue since I brought my own sheets and blankets to use. There was also something between the bed and nightstand that looked like spilled paint. I made sure to take before and after pictures to prove I left it in better condition than I arrived. I still want to know why I was charged an extra $81.16

The key worked consistently well and the WiFi was great. When I walked with my bare feet on the floor, there were little bits that stuck to the bottom of my feet. It was almost impossible for us both to get in and out of either bed, so we had to sleep in separate beds...because both beds were so tight to the walls. The Motel was very hard to find...we passed by it twice before we finally saw it tucked behind a restaurant and gas station. The signage needs to be better.

However, the hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the outside areas of the property were clean and well maintained. I hope these issues will be addressed to improve the guest experience. This review is honest and professional while still recognizing the good service from the staff.

The bed was comfortable. The motel was in walking distance of restaurants. The linens were dirty. Asked for new ones and the desk staff did not have access to new ones other than a sheet. Asked for the bedding to be changed by the housekeeper and was not done because the front desk figured we didnt need them since we accepted the sheet. They were also homeless people in the parking lot.
