Holiday Inn Express & Suites Redding by IHG

No air conditioner working at the gym and some of the machine either. The handicap room door is not holding and wasn’t working

Excellent stay. Comfortable beds. Helpful staffs.

Excellent place to stay. Staff was very professional. Breakfast was real good. Good clean pool and area.

I had a great overnight stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything else met my expectations. The only issue was that there was no body wash provided in the shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay.

Room was not very clean. The fridge was not working. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm.

Family friendly, free breakfast had good options including yogurt, cereal, eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, etc. Room had a couple of bugs/insects.

we stayed in room #118. the shower floor enclosure is extremely slippery; a slip and fall accident waiting to happen. no enough overhead lighting in the sleeping area. no pool.

Shorten stay was told by staff I would be refunded for leaving early notified them 48 hrs in advance and after multiple attempts money was never refunded.

I had a great stay. One reason I chose your hotel was because of the fitness center, which however smelled a bit too much of rubber. Keeping a window open or something would be helpful.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

Location is good As soon as we opened the sofa bed it had a big disgusting stain with a weird smell on the mattress. Front desk lady gave me a cleaning spray and a blanket “to cover it up”. That is the most inappropriate and unprofessional way of solving cleanliness issues I’ve ever met in my life. By the way spray didn’t even work as the sprinkling head was broken. So had to stay overnight in that conditions. Also towels had hair on them.

Hotel was comfortable. Upon check in the front desk man was rude. I asked why he had attitude, he's providing a service. He said he's giving back attitude to me. I had to laugh. Holiday Inn staff has always been kind except for him.He needs to be fired.

It was a great place to stay The cook did not have pride in the food. He burnt the bacon, the sausage. The biscuits we're hard. And she gets loud when somebody has Something to say about why they're in bacon crumbles and dried bent, sausage. And there's a couple more things, she just wasn't feeling good about that day, I think. But it was every day that I was there. The food was burnt.

Clean Room and Friendly Staff.

They had roaches at hotel, room smelled like mildew, side doors didnt work, had trouble accessing room, if anyone else had availability I would have left that night. Showed the front desk the roach. and Jason was cussing the whole time he checked me in and walked off mid helping me because he couldn't figure out the card machine. Sorry i didnt think to take pictures of the roach I showed the younger guy Jayden and he grabbed a towel to step on it I asked him if that means they had roaches he said he hadnt been there long but thats the first one hes seen.

A few of the walls on my room were peeling and/or dirty.
