Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn

Location was excellent. We did not take advantage of the breakfast.

Restaurant Bar, CR Gibbs, was an added bonus. Food and service from Brett the bartender was excellent!!! Leaving!!

There is nothing special about this place, rooms are accessed from outside like a Motel 6 and they wanted to charge a $40 fee per room for an early check-in. definitely go down the street.

This is a motel not a hotel. It is not well listed that all the rooms open to the outside. Otherwise the stay was good

Disabled, traveling alone, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the ADA room was very well setup. Very impressed.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Some noise was heard from adjoining rooms. Access was quirky as you had to go up/down various stairs to go from your room to the ice machine and lobby. Breakfast was good but basic type food for American hotels. Eggs/bacon, potatoes, cereal, etc. For the price I would have expected a little overall better accommodations.

The room was ok but having other guests laying on their beds with the door open, staring at you as you walk up the stairs to your room was really creepy and weird. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The area the hotel is in wasn’t the best and seemed sketchy

I booked the room through Booking.com. I booked two queens beds. They gave me a King bed and a sofabed. (They couldn't change it as they were booked solid.)They kept blaming it on the fact that I booked it through a "third party"=booking.com)Not acceptable! They tried to make it up to us by giving a 10% discount on food. This did not help my friend's back as he had to sleep on a sofabed. NOT what I paid for!!

At around 6:20 AM, we were woken up by extremely loud motorcycle noise in the courtyard parking area. This was not simply guests starting their motorcycles and leaving. There were around 10 motorcycles, with people repeatedly starting and revving them. The noise continued on and off until around 7:45 AM, and hotel staff did not intervene. Allowing this at 6:20 AM in a courtyard surrounded by guest rooms reflects poor management. But what upset me the most was the hotel’s response afterward. I reported the problem BEFORE checkout through the hotel’s messaging/hotel website online channels/Expedia hotel site chat. However, when Expedia contacted the hotel for me, the hotel refused the request, claiming that I had not reported the issue during my stay and that complaints made afterward did not count. That is simply not true—I had already reported it before checking out. I was only asking for a refund of the extra amount I paid for a courtyard-facing room, not a full refund. The noise was frustrating, but being told afterward that I never reported it when I actually did was even more disappointing.
