Breakfast was included making my 10 h days bearable

The breakfast was nice as it served hot food such as eggs and sausage patties-which my husband likes and all the other breakfast options you could think of such as bagels, muffins, oatmeal packets, toast, etc.-a good variety for those that are more picky eaters. Would definitely stay again. The room rate was very, very reasonable and rated in the 8s!

CONS: Pool heater was broken, so the pool was pretty much off limits unless you wanted to freeze. It is an older property, and you can tell in the wear and tear as well as it having an "older smell." Breakfast was a mad house. The space is small and so many people were packed in like sardines.

The room was okay a few large stains on the carpet ,staff was very polite ,breakfast ran out by 9;30 am so we didnt have anything to eat. I was very disappointed that the swimming pool heater was not workingthe the water was cold this was the main reason why we booked this hotel for the indoor swimming pool

Pretty confident I saw a bedbug. I for sure saw a silverfish in the bathroom

Everything was good

We for the most part liked the stay. The added free tea and coffee was great. Wish they had an accessable water dispenser instead of a water bottle per person. Less plastic is more

There are, however, a few maintenance and safety issues that deserve attention. The shower curtain rod was partially detached from the wall, and the tile surrounding the spa tub was cracked in several places. On our final day, the spa tub developed a leak that seeped into the room below, requiring staff to wet-vac the carpet. We were not charged for the damage, but after the leak was discovered, the staff became noticeably less cordial and seemed to imply we were responsible. It was clearly leaking from underneath the tub, and we had no way of knowing there was a problem until the front desk contacted us. There was also a security concern during our stay. A side to the hotel was left propped open - allowing a homeless man to enter the building and occupy the stairwell while charging his phone. Staff addressed the situation after another guest reported it, but this represented a significant lapse in security. Had the individual chosen to continue into the guest room corridors, the situation could have been much more concerning, particularly for families with children or guests traveling alone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but better maintenance of the rooms, more professional handling of unexpected maintenance issues, and greater attention to building security would significantly improve the experience.

Very clean room

This property is dated however the staff and location make the stay amazing. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and there is tons of food options at a walkable distance. Very good location!

Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again. The bathroom curtain had a moldy smell, and I noticed a couple of insects in the bathroom. There was also no ventilation fan. Additionally, I saw dog waste in the hallway, and the carpeted stairway had an unpleasant odor.

Room was comfy, pool was cold. Good stay all together.

Wish there were lotion in the room

I booked this stay based on the amenities stating that the hotel has a heated indoor pool and a hot tub/whirlpool. The pool heater had not been working for a while per the staff when I arrived and neither was the hot tub. The day before I arrived, my family and I did a ten mile hike and my legs were sore. I was really looking forward to soaking in the hotub and swimming. Also, even though our room was clean and looked updated, when you first walk in, you're hit with a bit of an old hotel room smell. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent as well.

the staff was very kind and made us feel welcome. they serve simple breakfast which is plus for traveling.
