I like the breakfast and it is a nice place that seemed to have thought of everything.

I need an accessibility room, and my first time there I noticed there is no place to eat my meal, except sitting on my bed or in a chair and holding it. I was told because if I had a wheelchair, which I don’t, there was no room for a desk. I use a walker, but I don’t need it around the room. But that’s OK. The room is also very quiet which I appreciate. My only quibble with the room is minor, there are two copies of a really hideous painting, that looks like a square of mud, and maybe a burning bus in the back if you look hard enough. It’s just not my style, and I’m an artist. But that’s not enough to keep me from staying here as I’m participating in a clinical study, so I’ll be here every few weeks.

Breakfast was good Location

There was a lot of noise and hallway activity that wasn’t the property’s fault. Also not comfortable with the homeless people outside around the facilities.

Snack and beverages were cash only. No option for card or charge to room. On our second floor, we had to walk over construction material, extension cords, and piles of garbage. The floors in room were filthy. Only two bath towels with reservation for four. It was advertised as heated pool. Nope! It was freezing cold.

Staff were exceptional. Lisa was a great help checking in and out. So accommodating to our needs. Room was clean but needs some care as paint was chipping from the wall in the bathroom.

I've been there four times in the last 2 years. Each time the pool is closed. Or in this case they do not want to heatthe pool. Also there are several other maintenance items they haven't taken care of. So I wasn't that impressed with the property.

Friendly staff, good location. Reasonably priced. Good launching point for Lassen Volcanic NP. Good breakfast: variety, presentation, taste. Nice spacious room. We were pleased.

The breakfast was great. A very small thing, but, the bathroom fixtures were extremely hard to use. You had to pull it to come on and it didn’t pull easily nor did the flow come on hardly at all. Same with the Shower. The nozzle on the bathroom sink just barely made it from where it was attached to into the bowl. Didn’t even give you room enough to rinse off your toothbrush.
