SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Redding

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bath products in the shower were excellent. The elevator was out for the duration of our stay which was not great, and evidently was not going to be fixed for some days after we left. Not a good situation.

It was alright not the best but the room was nice and comfy and clean.

Beds were comfortable and location was good! Heater was broke in the pool…

We got there super late at night (11:30pm), with no reservation. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and all amenities seemed to work. The continental breakfast was on point and they kept plenty stocked. There was a big party of us, so our party had 3 rooms and we all had a very pleasant experience. Very reasonable price. Checkout was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Area was nice, room was good and breakfast too. Elevator was broken and the pool heater as well so that was not the best.

Loved that it was quiet the whole time so my family got to sleep at a reasonable time. The front fest offered us waters because it was very hot, coffee always available, and very friendly staff. I did not like that the room smelled like pee and lots of stains all over the carpets which made the place seem unclean.

The staff are all nice and welcoming. Great choices for breakfast. Whenever we book a hotel, pool is one of the amenities that we look for. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for cleaning and my kids were bummed. Since pool was closed we decided to use the fitness center. The treadmill was also broken. The elevator was broken but we were okey with that.

the facilities needs a refresh. The heater for the pool, the treadmill (1 or 2 machines in the "gym"), and the elevator were out of service. Carpets were tired, furniture was functional but was gashes / scraped off paint.

We were able to park close to the entrance and our room. Our room was very clean but had a slight urine smell. We think it was the carpet or the air conditioner.

Staff and lodging were great. Quiet and comfortable bed. Updated bathroom. Good breakfast and amenities. Hopefully the pool heater and elevator will be fixed the next visit.
