One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. Was very quiet, even with our room located next to the elevator. The bathroom was large and VERY clean. We reserved it online about 20 minutes before we arrived. The front desk had our reservation, and check-in took less than 5 minutes. Will definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to several friends who travel through that area.

An absolutely beautiful facility. Price was very affordable. Rooms were extremely clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Wifi was great and having a full refrigerator in the room with hot plate was extremely accommodating. However, not having a full-time attendant at the front desk is kind of inconvenient. When we arrived the first afternoon to check in, although instructed to call a number with the phone available in the lobby to let someone know we needed assistance, it was uncomfortable and the wait was long. The lobby was filling up with people, and after a long day's travel, it was just an uncomfortable and timely process. When the person finally arrived to check us in, there was no, "welcome to..." or an apology for the wait. We were sorry to see that there was no indoor or outdoor pool available or hot tub to soak in before retiring for the night. Other than that, the overall stay was satisfying, and we will be returning to that facility in Redding, CA again. Absolutely beautiful property and facility!

Unit is brand new so everything was in good condition.

It is a new, clean hotel that is affordable. My only complaint is that there wasn't enough light to read my book. I sat in the recliner and used the flashlight on my iphone to light my book.
