It had a full kitchen. It was clean. Well lit. They offered a late check out when we arrived around midnight. Very helpful.

I really liked the room and the large kitchen as well as the large refrigerator. The room was so clean and comfortable.

Great place!

This is a fairly new property and our second time staying here. It has all the amenities—refrigerator, ice maker, stove and microwave, Bathrooms are roomy, Beds and pillows very comfortable. Rooms were immaculate. Location just off I-5 very convenient for us. Staff is friendly.

Clean room

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. We were not familiar with the brand and made a last minute reservation. After a long day of driving (and three nights of two star hotels) it was great to find an updated, clean, and equipped room at an equal or lower price point. Great find.

Checkout time is 11 AM, but this isn’t communicated clearly at check-in. At 11 AM sharp, I got a call reminding me to check out. I said I was packing up and would be out soon. About 5 minutes later, someone knocked on my door in person to ask if I’d checked out. Then another call came, telling me I had “5 more minutes.” I told them I was on my way out, took my first load to the car, and went back for the rest — only to find my key card had already been deactivated. I was locked out of my own room and had to go back down to the front desk just to get it reactivated so I could retrieve my remaining belongings. I raised this with the on-site manager afterward. He acknowledged the feedback but offered no real resolution — no apology that felt genuine, nothing to make it right. A single reminder would’ve been reasonable. Three separate contacts plus cutting off room access before I’d even finished moving out felt excessive and inconsiderate. This wasn’t hospitality, it was a countdown. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel.

Best one we found while driving around Redding to find something on our way to lassen. A break in between Oregon and the park and wish we would’ve brought food to cook .

Love it! Pet friendly, clean room and nice staffs!

The first night was noisy due to the street night life outside so next morning I asked the lady at the front desk for an upgrade but no rooms were available. Due to the denial of an upgrade I was offered a $25 food/beverage credit to their restaurant/bar. So we ate brunch the same day at Pamana. Next morning I checked out and asked the same lady for our car from the valet and was told there’s several cars in front of ours. So we we waited about 25 mins until the valet person asked what we were wait for and told him our valet number. He said he never got notified by the front desk and quickly retrieved our car. Upon checking my final bill at home I noticed I never got the food credit.

We had an excellent stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the convenient location and overall atmosphere. After a long drive, it was exactly what we needed to relax and get a good rest. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here while traveling between Lassen Volcanic Park and Redwoods. Very clean rooms, plenty of parking, comfy beds. We walked a block over to a burrito shop, which was delicious as well.

Great new, clean and well maintained stay with great staff that are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional at what they do. The cleaning staff were very polite and patient as I was leaving and they were waiting to clean the room.

Got two rooms. One was filthy and stinky the other was good. Basic room and ok for the price.
