Clean and quiet

Super clean, close to hwy 5, comfy. Passed thru but would definitely stay again

The staff here is excellent. Clean rooms, common areas. Dining close to hotel. No complaints, loved it!

This is a good budget option for an overnight, Noisy ac either blowing cold or off while the room warms up. Otherwise the hotel was quiet and very convenient with restaurants and shops nearby in easy driving distance. This is California so you can’t expect to walk anywhere

This is my new favorite hotel. Everywhere else wants to cut things, this place has everything you need. I will definitely return.

Only negative is only had pump soaps in shower. I prefer bar soaps.

Wow! Super spotlessly clean, friendly and fast check in. Very quiet and excellent location to get almost anywhere including the freeway! Will definitely stay here again!

Only a year old & the concept of having a full fridge with full freezer & ice maker as well as a 2-burner stove very nice. No provided hot breakfast not a big deal to me as a solo traveler but may be to some. But several fast-food restaurants within a quarter mile. I did see quite a few beggars at most area intersections including the McDonald's parking lot if that concerns anyone.

It was 90 degrees in Redding CA and they have no ice machines. The only ice is in the refridgerator in each room, but you have to turn it on, so you don't have ice for three or four hours. The room had a full sized refridgerator, a two burnner electric cook top and a microwave oven, but absolutely no dishes, silverware, pots and pans nor cooking utensils. You can buy them in the lobby store. They also sell some microwave retail pre-mades like Stoffers, noodles in a cup and burritos.

My wife and I screamed and whoever was at the door closed our door. We called the front desk and Wesley, the night manager answered. He admitted he had opened the door to see if the room was unoccupied and ready to rent for the night. Mind you this is midnight. When I complained that his actions were totally inappropriate he said take it up with the morning manager and hung up on me. Me wife had put up the security lock so the man could only open our door a few inches. Event shook us up and we couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. Strong disapprove. Zero stars warranted.

Everything was perfect. Host was very helpful. Room was very clean . And the bed very comfy. Would stay and recommend it to anyone

Room size a

full size refrigerator. Stove. Microwave. TV. TV too difficult to control with remote not knowing how to pull up the guide and then select a channel from the guide. TV was very difficult to use. SHOWER was plugged up. Standing in 4 inches of water, had to shut shower off every 3 minutes to let drain. Bugs in bathroom. Earwig specifically. Sheets smelled dirty. Air conditioner points right at the bed.

Walked in and it smelled nice and clean. The room was so clean and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cleaner tub in a hotel. Would stay there again!

I stayed at My Place for a month. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The place is well kept and never had any issues. It is also centrally located to all the places.
