Redondo Inn and Suites

The staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. It’s close to Manhattan beach, Hermosa beach, Redondo pier, and Palos Verdes peninsula. Honestly, this is a budget motel so I don’t wanna judge it too harshly. I’d stay here again.

Toilet flush was weak and we had to flush 5-6 times number two.

With great memories, I returned here after 5 years. It’s safe and close to the beach in a great location . My kids and I loved the spacious room and the beds were great size and the mattresses were firm (good). Parking was convenient. The bathroom however didn’t smell clean this time and housekeeping didn’t refresh the room well. The bathroom just gave a smell that smelled a bit like it could use a real cleaning with bleach.

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled. Our room looked freshly remodeled and even had a slight smell of fresh paint. The room itself was small, but reasonably well equipped for the space available. The bathroom and sink were small, but the shower was a good size. All of the fixtures looked new, including a nice lighted and heated mirror. The bed was comfortable and also seemed to be new. Overall, this hotel was a good value considering prices in the area. I would stay here again.

No frills older motel, that being said it is clean and in a great location.

The sheets had holes, the freezer was caked with ice, the microwave was useless and the paint was chipped and peeling. The guy staying next door appeared to live there and left a soda can with cigarettes butts on our air conditioner every night. Yeah its "cheap" for a reason. I trusted previous reviews on here and wished I didn't. No bedbugs tho. I guess it was ok enough but not really.

It was close to the beach. They allowed us to check in early. Room was quiet until kids started yelling early in AM. 1. Refrigerator was not working and our food spoiled. 2. Missing a remote for TV 3 . Very low water pressure 4. Only one nightstand

The location is only about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the pier, which is nice. The sign in the lobby said that they are making upgrades, but unfortunately we didn't see any (yet). The hotel is VERY dated, and very much reminds me of an 80's motel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the standard king room is VERY small, almost uncomfortably small for 2 people with an average amount of luggage (one large piece, one medium duffel, and a backpack). The shower appears to have been refurbished, but the towels were extremely thin and scratchy. No toiletries other than two small bars of soap; there was a shampoo dispenser, but the body wash dispenser was broken. Toilet paper roll was only half full with no spare in the room. Also, if there is one there is almost no signage, but there was no elevator on our side of the building to get to the second floor; going up a flight of stairs is challenging after a full day of walking. The parking lot is extremely tight and difficult to navigate, including for our mid-size SUV; not much they can do about that, but worth a note. For almost $400 for two nights, I would have expected more.

The room was very clean and the decor was very cute and vintage inspired. The location was wonderful. It was very close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. I think the price is very reasonable. My only complaint is that the water pipes were noisy.
