Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina

An incredible experience from start to finish! Sonesta Redondo Beach offers top-tier luxury and amenities. We especially loved the amazing customer service from the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the very best. We went for our anniversary and they made sure we enjoyed our time there. Jose, at the front desk gave us the best and memorable experience! The on-site dining was exceptional, and the room offered beautiful views of the beautiful beach. If you are looking for a relaxing, high-end getaway, this is the place to be! I highly recommend and can’t wait to be back soon!!!😊

The hotel itself was well maintained, the room clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful during check in, ordering room service, check out, etc. The hotel is directly across the street from Seaside Lagoon, a 5-10 minute walk to Redondo beach. We drove to Hermosa beach pier which was maybe a 5 minute drive. We did prefer Hermosa beach to Redondo beach. Would stay again!

The view was beautiful. The cleanliness was top tier.

We enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool, parking is $40 daily, too expensive

no nos gustó la recepción que tuvimos, siendo la 1.40 pm no nos dieron acceso a la habitación que, comentaron, estaba disponible si no pagabamos un early acceso de $60, siendo clientes del hotel, y siendo clientes de hotels.com... aparte de los $43 de parking, un exceso total y del precio muy caro para la plaza, nos otorgaron una habitación en el fondo del hotel... de hecho la última (#3099), por supuesto sin nadie que lleve nuestras valijas y una falta total de empatía, voluntad y actitud...

Location was perfect for us. Bed was very comfy and great views of Redondo Beach and Marina. Staff was very helpful ( especially the valet group out front) and liked the convenience of having a car rental on site. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great place to stay. All staff are extremely helpful. Rooms very comfortable and clean.

We went during the World Cup timeframe where USA was playing at SOFI, it was convenient to get to from the hotel. The hotel was adequately staffed for such a busy time and celebrated the WC by having exhibitors and soccer/futbol decor.

Nice hotel actually looks like it does on the photos. Definitely recommend

We have a great time. The room we had was quite far from the elevator and we had two little dogs. Long walk to take out. Other than that the entire staff was so pleasant. Everyone was kind, smiled and so very accommodating. Would def go back.
