Love the Ocean side location . The attached restaurant serves excellent food and the hotel is also well situated for other local bars and restaurants

The staff was really helpful and friendly upon arriving (from valet to check in counter). Beautiful hotel eith rooms overlooking the marina or Pacific Ocean.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, the lounge bar area is beautiful overlooking the bay..

One of our favorite parts of the stay was the complimentary breakfast for two every morning at Baleen Restaurant. The food was delicious, and enjoying breakfast by the marina was such a wonderful way to start each day. Our room had a balcony with an incredible view of the ocean, and watching the beautiful sunset from there each evening was unforgettable. It was peaceful, relaxing, and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel’s location is perfect. The boardwalk is just a short walk away, and there’s a fun family-friendly water park nearby. We also enjoyed exploring the marina and trying several of the fresh seafood restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that the hotel only has one elevator, and it takes forever to open, which could be a little frustrating at times. If you’re looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway with beautiful views, great dining, and plenty to do nearby, we highly recommend the Portofino Hotel & Marina. We can’t wait to come back!

Their restaurant is beautiful with a variety of food pallets. Dog friendly!

Well located, comfortable and great service. What else could you ask for?

I nice hotel situated overlooking sort of the ocean, it overlooks a busy marina so not quite the beach vibes I was expecting but still very nice. The pool is off to the side of the property and while I was there several times kids were hopping the fence to sneak into the pool, although they don't quite get what sneaking is as they were rowdy and I had to call security several times which also ruined my time. Also was trying to enjoy the lounge fireplace and unwind at night but at 10pm they shut off the fireplace for some unknown reason? Anyway I wouldn't recco this hotel if you are actually looking for a place to relax. I was there for work so it didn't bother me but if I were paying $400/night for a vacation, well lets just say there are plenty of other hotels that offer better. The pool security issue is a concern, the lounge has a coffee bar that closes at 11am and after that you have nothing, which is lame. The restaurant across the street is nice but the self serve bar in the lounge is a basically like a boozy 7-eleven slurpee machine and doesn't scream vacation vibes.
