The staff was beyond reproach. So helpfull. Love the layout of the room and overall hotel decor. And don't forget to visit with the front lobby birds. A real treat.

The ocean view from our room was very nice. The room was great. The boardwalk and beach area were directly out the door and they have a nice option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely go back again.

Very beautiful old them hotel fabulous ocean front if u choose ocean front first night I didn’t realize I had ocean view which was still great just on the side. The birds are such a fun addition and very welcoming comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The upstairs private area with hot tubs if you are on 4th floor definitely are older and we’re fairly cool for water temps. Again great over all and will be back

The location is excellent. I truly enjoyed the quiet nature of the hotel. There was a nice balance of families and people staying without kids. I especially enjoyed the hotels’ eclectic nature and their parrot friends that lived in the lobby. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the overall vibe felt historic without it feeling old and musty. I was expecting a little larger outdoor pool. Some areas of the hotel and rooms were looking a little outdated (though I recognize the hotel vibe leaned towards antique), but could still use a little overhaul without taking away from the look and feel.

The staff was outstanding and so helpful. Our kids loved that they could answer questions and solve riddles to get a prize. Such a fun little extra for families! Victoria’s had a delicious breakfast, and the beach is just a short walk away. We also really appreciated the free beach towels and beach toys for the kids that can borrow. We will definitely return back!

The adult after 8pm indoor/outdoor spa was SO fun! As was the rooftop hot tubs and amazing view!

The location was great, could walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel is right on the boardwalk and the beach. The hotel is clean and very quaint. Every square inch is Victorian. The bathroom was very small and broken up into different parts of the room. The tub was in the bed area, the sink was closer to the entrance and the shower/ toilet was in the separate bath room. The balcony is small, only a chair fits. My biggest surprise was how expensive everything is, food, drinks, etc. I paid over $700 a night so I expected a spa bath and spacious room. The location is what I was paying for I guess.
