The staff was super nice, the room was very clean, excellent location close to everything The room smelled musty, it has carpet which is probably why it smells musty when you come into the room, so I was very skeptical, the bathroom is very small, i honestly think the rooms need upgrades and renovations

Loved the convenience of the location. The pool was a nice extra and having pool towels was an extra bonus

Location. Close to Beach. Clean. It was a little challenging for my mom to get around the bed into the bathroom in her transport chair. It was a little challenging finding parking spots where there was enough room to open the door so my mom could get into her transport chair and we could never seem to find a parking space near our room

Not a lot. Older. Lacked any luxuries. Very small bathroom - cramped and older. No safe in room. Poor TV. Lack of staff to clean rooms.

This is a really well run hotel that is clean, well maintained, and the location cannot be beat. It's at the center of everything. Also, It has a pool, that I did not even realize until day two. The good news is that the pool was full of friendly lesbians and occasionally very quiet children who came and went with their delightful, clearly successful, parental units. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton and you will not be disappointed. I had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in at the exact check in time stipulated by the hotel. There was no sign or any indication that someone was there or when or if they would be back.. Not exactly the experience you want after three hours on the road and in traffic. I calle the managers number from the card at the from desk and I heard the phone ring at the front desk ring and go to voice mail. One other guest showed up during this time and did thew same. Eventually, a nice young woman eventually showed up, checked me in, and gave me somewhat misleading information about parking and where my room was at but I have a BS from a state college, so I was able to figure it out. I filed it under "Stuff Happens".

The location and the nice staff the full size fridge too. The porch on our room was dirty and the door to the porch was dirty too there is a wall separating the living room and the bed room the wall should be knocked out also the shower curtain was nasty get a freaking shower curtain rod that curved out or a dam glass door I dont need that touching me barf. The hotel room looked like a scene from casino. Clean the porch amd update the patio furniture atleast amd get rid of the carpet. I never understood carpet in a hotel room.
