Atlantis Inn

I love their do not disturb policy, where you just leave the sign in the window for no service. The parking spots are a nice size, not narrow like other places we've stayed. It wasn't explained how to get into the rooftop pool, so we had to have the lady at the front desk come & show us. Also, there weren't a lot of outlets to charge phones & electronics. Most of the hotels we stay at have charging ports built into the lamp bases.

Location ,price and staff friendliness. The air conditioner made weird noises. Got used to it after awhile but something not right with it.

Very clean inside and outside. I felt like nothing was falling apart or grungy. Nothing. I loved it.

1st floor location. Pool was clean. Quiet at night. Parking for 1 car. Roll away bed was uncomfortable, but they usually are.

The room is dated and in need of renovations. The bathtub was very dingy and the mattress was unbearably hard. Despite these shortcomings, the sheets were fresh and clean.

Location was great. Access to both Rehoboth Ave and Wilmington Ave is very convenient. NA

My room was a great size and very clean. The location was amazing, quiet and calm even for being just being a short walk to the beach. Parking was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. Such a great stay for an affordable rate.

No coffee maker in the room, no hair dryer. Felt like customers were treated like criminals with microwave bolted to fridge, tv bolted to dresser so you couldn't angle it. If you're worried people will steal things, charge a refundable room deposit. Showerhead felt more like a hose.

Bathroom too small. Shower water spills onto the floor. No vent in bathroom. Need new appliances (microwave rusting and freezer needs defrosting)

staff was very friendly, bed was comfy, parking was included, was a 3 min walk to the beach so didn't have to fight traffic or parking to the beach. overall a good stay and a good place to rest if you want to enjoy the beach and not have to worry about parking over and over again noticed some cob webs and debris by the lights and wall next to the night stand. not a dislike but a possible maintenance issue, wall would rumble when hot water would turn on, possible water heater issue ( no drop of water pressure or heat)

The bed itself was really uncomfortable. Felt like we were sleeping on a rock.

Staff were fantastic! Pool was lovely. Room was nice size, and price was right! Location was the reason we booked and it paid off, close to the beach and everything we needed! A few cosmetic things but didn’t affect our stay

Great people in the reception.

The location is perfect and having free parking that close to the beach is great. You can walk everywhere you need to go for the duration of your stay, but if you need your car it's so easy to take it out knowing you have a parking spot to return to. There are many good restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and of course, beach, nearby. I like the motel model, where your car is parked just outside your room, so easy to load and unload. I was able to park there 3 hours before my check-in time and my room was ready a little early, which they called to tell me, which was all helpful and convenient. Good housekeeping. Bench outside room was pleasant to sit on. Lighting in the room was a little low but not terrible, all bulbs worked, maybe a couple of them could have been a little brighter. On the other hand, it was nice soft light which I prefer, not harsh overly bright white light. Bathtub drain was backed up, which I did report and I'm sure they'll fix it but I do think cleaning crew could check for that (tub draining slowly when you run the shower) and they could unclog it before guests arrive. It did not prevent us from showering but did mean we were standing in 1-2 inches of water while showering.
