Clean rooms, great location, comfortable. Really nice view of the park next door. Parking was inadequate for handicap access, but staff did their best with options and moving hotel vehicles. Motorized chair for pool access was out of commission, maintenance crew helped move wheelchair down and up stairs. Breakfast was dismal, tiny orange juices, packaged eggs, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and bagels, not even the classic hot waffle makers or oatmeal

The front desk was very helpful. It was greatly overpriced.

I just did not have a good experience. Both mornings we were woken up to some kind of construction before 6am. I asked for housekeeping but no one came. The bathroom wasn't clean. The front desk staff was very nice. Also they didn't have the muffins anymore.

Great location for a fully adequate beach hotel staffed by friendly folks at the front desk and in the halls.

The best aspects of the hotel: convenient location and friendly front desk staff. Also nice to be on the "lake view" side (a misnomer, as the lake cannot be seen, but it is off that side of the building) which was pretty quiet and afforded a view of nature on the other side of the street from the room's balcony. The hotel is pretty clean, though not consistently (eg: bathroom near lobby). There is an extra daily $10 "amenities fee" which is not reflected in the daily price, nor is the tax (11%). The taxes and fees= an extra 14% over the base price. Overall, it is a quite expensive stay for what is provided. The most disappointing aspect of this hotel is its pitiful breakfast. The coffee: abominable. Offerings were: plain mini bagels, boiled eggs, Cheerios, milk, canned OJ, and blueberry yogurt (1st day only). No fruits, little variety. Supposedly muffins are an offering, but we just saw 1 person with 1 muffin on Day 1. The worst part is that since most everything is in individual prepackaged servings, the hotel is paying top dollar for very mediocre breakfast options (at best). Being familiar with food service, the fact is that a greater variety of options and a better breakfast with fresh fruit could be provided with less waste (& much greater environmental sustainability) for the same or even a lower cost (and the food service worker could be kept busier and be more on top of things, spending less time in the kitchen on the phone). Just an observation and suggestion :-)

We have been staying here for years. Great location. Never a problem with the staff or cleanliness. I book it for the location and the breakfast but the breakfast has really gotten skimpy and skimpy over the years. That's my only complaint

Room ( 2 queen) was reasonably spacious, safe available, and balcony had 2 chairs. Demerits: sheets thin and uncomfortable lumpy pillows.Bathroom was cramped. Nowhere to hang wet towels . Fridge not very cold. Breakfast was all paper and cardboard .. everything pre-packaged. Paid extra to check in an hour earlier than 4 pm. On the good side; allowed to park there 2 hrs after checkout and also have use of bathroom and shower in the exterior of the property. Market forces at play of course but room rates seemed high for the property.
