Nice location. Clean rooms good staff

Great location with a good, competitive rate. Plenty of parking even though the under garage is tight but manageable. Don’t really even need the car since the hotel is within walking distance of beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Hotel is a bit older but have stayed twice and both times seemed clean to me. Hotel has what you need for a stay at Rehoboth

Falsely advertised hot breakfasts (and we learned that this was the first year they stopped doing these). They also consistently ran out of breakfast items such as cream cheese, pre packaged hard boiled eggs, and orange juice. Staff was overall friendly and helpful, otherwise room was clean.

Great place to stay. Perfect proximity to ocean and downtown.

Staying at the Breakers Hotel over July 4 weekend was disappointing. The hotel requires that guest request that their room be cleaned daily by telling the front desk. We ended up requesting new clean towels instead each day because we always seemed to miss the cleaners. Breakfast has limited hours; it includes yogurt and packaged hard boiled eggs + beverages. When i asked for the bathroom on the lobby level I was directed to a shower bathroom closet with a code off the parking lot. All in all, an ordinary experience at a very high price. My photos show rust on the towel rack in our bathroom, the parking lot bathroom shower and the limited coffee option in our room. I dont blame the housekeeping staff. However, the hotel has made some poor management decisions which cheapened the hotel experience. organization and

Hotel was located in a wonderful location along with free parking available. Rooms were spacious and balcony was great for extra space.

I will definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the beach is a plus. Continental breakfast I was not aware of when I booked. It was a nice surprise.

Our stay was wonderful at this hotel! The rooms were modern and very clean. The only thing was they did not clean our room every day which is something you pay for. Other than that everything was a 10/10! Not too bad of a walk to the beach either. It was truly a great weekend!

It's amazing here no complaints it's our 2nd year booking with them and we will be back! Just wish they offered pancakes or waffles for breakfast too

We had a really wonderful stay at Breakers. The front desk staff, cleaning crew, and breakfast staff were all helpful and friendly. Quick walk to the beach and to shopping and restaurants, really good location. The only thing missing was fruit with breakfast. A Continental breakfast needs fruit, even a banana or refrigerated fruit cups. My only complaint! Otherwise great.

Great place to choose for your vacation stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was very clean and comfortable I enjoyed the balcony. It’s in a very quiet area but yet so close to everything, everything is walking distance. The breakfast was great pretty good variety of foods. It was overall an amazing experience. Me and my family will be returning next year.

Pro:The hotel is older, but cleanliness has never been an issue. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Cons: There is still no daily housekeeping service, unless requested. We are many years past “covid times”, there is no excuse for this at any hotel. Every day we had to go down to the front desk and request new towels, garbage was never changed, nor bed linens. We were even told to “bring down our dirty towels”! What? There is one small functioning elevator that takes FOREVER. The “free breakfast” advertised was very sad. It used to be so good, but they have definitely gotten cheap with it. Pre-packaged muffins, cereal, eggs ( yes- packaged in water, yuck!), plain bagels with only butter and jelly offered. There was coffee and bottled juice & milk. It was the same thing every day. Certainly NOT the hot breakfast that was offered just a couple of years ago. FYI Hotel is a two block walk to the beach, but there is a shuttle offered. We have never used it, so can’t comment on that. So honestly, for $300/night for small standard room that is 2 blocks from beach, it was a little disappointing this time compared to when we first started staying here.

This is our third time staying at the Breakers and we have no complaints about the hotel at all. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Nice hotel close to the beach and dining options. Nothing extravagant, but def gets the job done for a quick beach trip.

We found this hotel very clean. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking a park. It was spacious and we were very satisfied with the accommodations. Staff were very helpful. Continental type breakfast had good options to choose from and the breakfast room was quite nice. Somewhat disappointed that the indoor swimming pool was smaller than anticipated and pool room was quite warm. Loved the location, only a block and a half to Rehobeth Avenue to the shops and restaurants and the air conditioned van shuttle the couple blocks to the beach and ocean was great. Would definitely stay at The Breakers again.

The hotel was extremely clean. We have been staying there for years, but we were disappointed in the breakfast. We understand it is a continental breakfast, but it has definitely gone downhill--don't consider hardboiled eggs in a bag, prepackaged muffins and bagels a breakfast. Would at least have liked to have seen some fruit and some oatmeal. The coffee was very good, along with juices and water. It was supposed to be open from 8-10--always late in opening up. Would like to see it open earlier in the morning for early risers. We arrived 1-2 hours early and was told we could park even though our room wasn't ready. We were not told we would be charged an additional $20 to park. If we had known, we would have parked on the street!!
