The location was pretty convenient. We were on the 3rd floor, there are only steps.. no elevators. We had to drag our luggage up those flights of stairs. It was very mediocre for a beach vacation spot.

The room was very clean and smelled nice. I appreciated the comfort of the bed linens and pillows. The pool area was clean and had plenty of seating. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to explore. Parking was a little tight.

I didn’t move my car the entire time I was there. I could walk to the beach, and walk the boardwalk. Would have liked a breakfast at the hotel.

The pool and bag chairs by the pool and the nice lady working in the office !

The location and the cleanliness were the only 2 good aspects. For the price we paid , the comfort is old fashion, bathroom is clean but outdated, The AC is outdated and very noisy, the decoration is minimum and outdated.

Quaint little property a little more than a block off the main boulevard of downtown Rehoboth. Extremely clean with nice little amenities in the main office. The staff is great. Highly recommend it for when you wanna go shop and dine in Rehoboth, but then come back and relax by the pool for a little bit.

I liked the location of the property, size of the room and the fact that it had a microwave. The beds were comfortable, t was very clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. No elevator.

The room was very bright and clean and did not have carpet, which I love. Our room came with a guaranteed parking spot which takes the stress off when driving in. I like that they used Hawaiian Tropics brand toiletries- smelled great. The fridge in our room also had a FREEZER on top which is great for freezing our ice packs for the beach cooler bags. The staff was very helpful. The motel has no elevators, but I told the staff I was traveling with mobility equipment and they were able to arrange a 1st floor. There is always someone in the front office 24 hours. The motel is very close to the beach- you cannot beat the location. There is no continental breakfast because it's a motel, but they do have coffee and tea available all the time. The pool area was very nice, with nice furniture and even floaties to use! But I do wish they did not allow people to put towels/bags on chairs/tables and leave for almost the entire day, and not let anyone else use the chairs. I wish after 2 hours staff would have moved their stuff because you shouldn't "claim" a chair/table and leave that long. At bigger hotels the staff will move it, but it's a smaller motel. Other than that annoyance, I am glad we stayed here. I would highly recommend it. I plan on booking again in the future!

The property was well maintained. Staff were pleasant. Great location close to the restaurants and boardwalk! The only reason I didn’t give a five was the parking lot was small. Not enough parting spots for the amount of guests that stay there.

We liked everything about the motel, and the location is great -- convenient to stores, restaurants, and, most importantly, the boardwalk and beach.
