The property was well maintained. Staff were pleasant. Great location close to the restaurants and boardwalk! The only reason I didn’t give a five was the parking lot was small. Not enough parting spots for the amount of guests that stay there.

WOW tis Motel far exceeded my expectations. You think “motel” and its crappy but no way. I recently stayed at another in Dewey and it was HORRIFIC nothing like the photos. Oceanus was CLEAN and I mean from entry to baseboard. You could smell the cleanliness (not cleanser) but clean. The staff was friendly the place was bright and vibrant the chairs outside was clean the tables by the pool were clean I was in AWE i am Definitely staying again

The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the small pool was perfect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early because our room was ready and were also happy to let us leave our car for an hour after checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

A hotel that felt safe, parking was included in room fee and was available, had an active pool and had present staff. Room was standard. Would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan to clean up all the sand. Vents in bathroom appeared to need cleaning. Otherwise, the room and property were acceptable. Would stay here again.
