The motel is great and is located very conveniently. The on issue we had was that the curtains could have been a little longer as the lights outside always beamed through the bottom lighting up our room all night

We stayed here for a quick 3 day trip and could’ve stayed much longer. Friendly and accommodating staff, extremely clean rooms, great location for walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Would stay here again. 10/10.

Get value. Beaches were within reasonable walking distance, as were a wide variety of excellent restaurants and shops. Room was tidy and staff was pleasant and helpful. We will visit again!

Can confirm all of the other positive reviews - this was an excellent place to stay. Location is excellent - almost right on the main boulevard, and a very short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. It's true there is no elevator though.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was cheerful and very helpful. The only thing missing for me was in room coffee maker. I’m very fussy about coffee, and the 24 hour coffee service in the office wasn’t that great. But the abundance of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance made up for it.

This is our 3rd stay at Oceanas. The Hotel and staff are amazing for the price. I am an InnKeeper of a high end Bed and Breakfast and when I am at the Ocean, I am at the Ocean and boardwalk. The rooms are basic and provide all that you need. The hotel is extremely close to everything and the room was spotless and everything was fresh. We will be back.
