The location. The towels are thread bare, for real. The bed is hard. The pillows are flat. Blankets are old. This place is run down, and frankly, overpriced.

Management are very nice and accomodating. Although the decor and facilities are dated and a bit worn, the motel is well maintained and clean. The location is exceptional, and for the price, it can't be beat. If you are okay with an old-school motel that is well run, this is the place. If you are on the particular side, this is not the place for you.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly, place was clean, lots of parking and right off the boardwalk. Not enough outlets ? literally the only problem I had.

Close to beach No pool. Shower kept dripping…so using way too much water. Could have used more outlets and for charging ports.

Was in a great location to everything. It was clean, Quiet and looked like new bedding. It serves its purpose and a good bank for your buck. Nothing to complain about. Would and will stay there again.

I did not know there was a breakfast We had electrical issues in our room with a bad outlet so we had to run extension cords to the phone chargers at night. We requested to have the outlet repaired but it was not.

The owner of the motel went above and beyond to help us take our bags to our room And made sure everything was perfect I loved everything

The location, and the very friendly reception staff.

Chest drawers had broken handles and smelled musty

The location was great to walk to the beach and shops. Shampoo is not provided. The bed sheet had one paint stain and one normal stain. The room was carpeted and that carpet properly needs more cleaning than just a normal vacuum.
