Very Clean and The new management that took over has kept it up nicely. Still love the covered parking spots that keep your vehicle out of the sun. Location is great IMO because it’s quiet and I don’t mind the 3 block walk to the boardwalk. Only negative and just a small one is that the tv remote/ cable service was not good. Couldn’t get tv program guide to come on with the remote, so just channel surfed until I found something to watch. It was raining so was inside tv watching otherwise wouldn’t have even turned tv on. Would definitely stay again. Everything else was great. No issues.

The beds were comfortable but the window has no view unless you want to show everyone what you’re doing. The room was somewhat clean, in a few places there was dust collected. I wish at least they would put a chair to seat on, only beds to seat on. Also a few extra hooks to hang towels or bags would have been great. The AC is very loud. It is close to restaurants and shops. It was on our budget this year but maybe we’ll splurge a bit next time and stay somewhere else closer to the beach.

Wonderful location! It took about 10 minutes to walk to the boardwalk and it is right next to some excellent restaurants and Dogfish Head Brewery. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a microwave in the room. We knew there wasn’t one beforehand, so it wasn’t a surprise and would still stay here again without hesitation! Clean room and the check-in process was so easy and all through text. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Crosswinds. Located just a short walk (9 minutes) to the beach and boardwalk, it’s close enough to the food and cultural attractions. The check-in was unusual in that there’s no front desk, the lobby area is locked, and you have to call a number to get a code for your room at check-in. But maybe lots of smaller hotels/motels are opting for contactless check-in and I’m just not used to that process. However, it was smooth once it starts. Just remember to have a charged phone nearby to gain access. Overall, we liked the room. However, we were there for four nights and no one came to clean our room. The fridge didn’t work when we arrived, so we called the same number as check-in, and they sent someone over within ten minutes to troubleshoot and fixed the problem. So we were pleased with Crosswinds and would recommend it for stays like ours. Also, excellent air conditioning so that was also a huge plus in the dog days of August.

Room was very clean , parking on the lot so it was convenient for leaving it there and walking to the beach and nearby restaurants

Room was clean, staff was friendly, AC worked great. Parking was slightly confusing as I did not have a parking pass in my room when I arrived. After calling the front desk, they confirmed there would be no issues. Overall a great place to stay for a couple

Proximity to downtown and the beach. The service workers are very nice, helpful and friendly. No onsite staff 24/7. I paid for a queen, it was a standard, there was nobody on site to rwmwdy the situation.. This is second lousy experience I've had on this app

No housekeeping during stay, rooms need a table for eating.

Sheer shades or blinds would help.

I’ve stayed here several times because it’s one of the most reasonable places closer to the beach. Very much a no-frills hotel but I don’t mind. I just need a place to sleep. It’s extremely clean. Everything works great in the room, the beds definitely could be more comfortable, but they work OK. Never had an issue with parking. They have good clean linens and towels, and appears everything is taken well care of.

Great, bed could've been a bit more comfortable but decent enough. Stayed 3 nights.

Convenient location. Off street parking included. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff off site but easy to reach and very helpful. Expedited early check in. Would stay here again.

The place was so convenient! We stayed for a long weekend, it’s in the perfect walkable spot for everything fun! Beds were great VERY clean. Tv was a little tricky to work, but we managed to get the Wold Cup final on and enjoy it in the room! Highly recommend, just what we needed for a long chill weekend down the shore.

The room was clean! We never seen any staff on site! A lot of the communication was done via Expedia. The location is pretty awesome and conveniently close to everything. I didn’t see any elevators but I’m sure they have to have some

This property is conveniently located along Rehoboth Ave. and is close to shops and restaurants. I’ve stayed here before and this time I was underwhelmed. We were provided with a stained washcloth and there were used towels from the previous guests left in the bathroom. The door was so difficult to open we had to practically body slam it to get into our room. The floor was so dirty my feet were black not long after getting out of the shower and my partner wore flip flops to walk around the room. More times than not the water was not hot and only lukewarm. I took at least three cool showers. It would be wise for the owners to invest in some updates.

It's a small, no frills, room. Comfortable, clean, and in great walking distance to any Rehoboth beach location you want. Perfect for a night or two for a couple. Not sure youre going to squeeze a whole family in there... but you could? No front desk, has to be handled by phone. Will book again.

The bed needs to be replaced in 303, the water was lukewarm at best (never got hot), the nightstand drawers are on a slant so they pop open randomly, we were without AC on the first night (8hrs+), no onsite staff presence, non-responsive to phone calls (rings & hangs up/nobody answers)…no reply to messages via Expedia…finally found a # to text & they responded within 15mins…the maintenance guy (nice & professional) fixed the AC & it kept waking us up at night because it cuts off/on randomly & loudly. If you’re looking to stay close to the beach for a cheaper rate (1-2 nights) & don’t mind these things…Crosswinds is fine.
