Conveniently within walking distance of The Landing for dining and shopping. Room and public spaces were clean and orderly. Serves more than the usual continental breakfast which is a plus but still a limited number of options especially when the buffet gets crowded. Good enough for business travel.

My stay was as-expected. Very clean

Room was cleaned daily which was a nice surprise. The breakfast buffet is also a big plus with variety changing each day. Front desk Staff was friendly & helpful too.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! It’s also across the street from a nice park with great views.

Lovely but Room 301 needed faucet repaired and one of 3 hooks in bath repaired.

We were so happy with our stay. We can into town for a quick business trip. The here was clean and cozy. The staff were all SO helpful especially Julie.we will happily stay again when we are back in town

It was clean, but not completely clean when we got to our room. We found a couple of opened packs of cigarettes at the bottom of the bed, far left if you're laying down. We are non-smokers so that was a big deal for us. Kind of gross out actually. Reported it to the hotel staff by text immediately thereafter. They apologized. We just put them in the trash and took a photo of it. We didn't want them to think it was us. That doesn't happen very often but we didn't expect that from this hotel.

My go to for Renton stays. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms and rooftop are very recently renovated. Nice breakfast options and the 24 hour coffee is very good (from a coffee snob)

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to us,we arrived early and made us welcome while a room was made available

Parking bit tight if you have a bigger SUV

Breakfast was good, staff was great, room and bed were very comfortable, location is perfect. I stay here whenever I visit my family in Renton, two or three times a year.
