Clean room, parking

Someone stole the drinks and snacks that I bought and put in the room when I checked in. When I called the manager about it, they said they would look into it. When they called back, they said they didn't know what happened to my stuff and they would check the cameras. It's been about a week since my stay. No follow-up, no reimbursement, no discount. Absolutely terrible.

Poorly built facility which has no dampening of the floors above. It was clean, but I expected more at that price.

Very poor service. We had to wait for an hour to get our rooms. We travelled from far away and were disappointed at how much we had to wait for 2 rooms.

Love this place and it’s my go to for reasonable convenient place .. great security .. love having full kitchen and big fridge . Superb laundry and nice spacious parking . Only and I mean only drawback is too many weed smokers and smell inside elevator and in dog area .,

This is a housing setting not a hotel. I will not stay again. The room was large but not very comfortable, worse blanket. It was very noisy our first night but they were able to move us to a quieter room. I would not recommend for a vacation at all. They do weekly inspections of the room, because it’s housing. Not welcoming and comfortable.

Nice clean and will stay again. Love the self no contact check in. The only problem I had was that they only had towels for one person and I needed towels for more than just one person for two queen size beds.. this hotel is right by a target and many other surrounding stores. It’s also a great location for public transportation which we used during our stay in Seattle.

Clean recently updated room. Being able to cast to the good sized TV from my phone for a movie was great. Checking vestibule was a bit of a sauna, but other than that, great experience.

Obviously the newer, highly automated, hotel type. They don't need as much staff, so sometimes there's no one at the desk. But they are there, they were very helpful. Aside from that, the hotel is very new and very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The elevator was broken, and the staff were nice, but seemingly confused about what level of service they should provide. The stay overall was very pleasant! The condition of the property was great. The location is absolutely wonderful!

Our room was very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Air Conditioning was excellent!l love the free parking!!

A few things to note: the kitchenette has no supplies—no dish soap, pots, or basic kitchen items. The bed closest to the window is difficult to access because the A/C unit blocks one side, making it feel like the bed is pushed against the wall. Also, this is mostly a self-check-in/check-out property, and the key stops working exactly at the 11:00 a.m. checkout time. If you're making multiple trips to your car, be sure someone stays in the room, or you may be locked out before you've finished moving your belongings.

Great location! The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place!
