Best Western Plus Renton Inn

Greap place to stay in with family. We enjoyed our stay.

We were on floors with dogs and my wife is allergic to animals. Also, a dog was walking down the hall when I was going out of the room and he almost attacked me.. I don’t know why dogs and people are on the same floor

Close to hwys. Hotel was good! The hotel staff were very friendly.

I had a generally good stay at this hotel. The property is nice, the staff was accommodating, and the overall experience was positive.However, the cleanliness of the bedding needs to improve. When I arrived, the sheets and pillowcases did not feel completely fresh and clean, which was disappointing. A comfortable bed is the most important part of a hotel stay, so housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to the linens. It is still a good hotel, but ensuring spotless bedding would make it much better.

The staff was amazing. The cleanliness was great. The food was usually pretty good and I don’t have anything to complain about with the actual Hotel.

They got everything. Laundry room, fitness room, etc. Rooms are clean, and nice food.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was just a few minutes from SeaTac Airport which made our traveling smooth going home.

I didn’t like that they didn’t pay attention to main elevator, inside was dirty with fingerprints carpet on floor dirty coffe spill, and also parking lot and main entrance has a filthy smell like garbage

Hotel room was very small and no place to comfortably open our suitcases. Hotel staff found us a shower chair to use as a luggage rack. That helped. We stayed for 6 nights and you’d think they would have accommodated us with a better location that wasn’t right against the noisy ice machine.

The door was so hard to open and so loud! Toilet seat was loose almost hurt myself

they need different pillows, they were small and hard..2 regular size is needed
