Check-in: The front desk staff is OK Room: The facilities are dated, and the carpet wasn't very clean. There were even bugs crawling in the bathtub. Breakfast: It filled the stomach but lacked any real protein—except for pre-packaged, pre-cooked boiled eggs. Laundry: Free of charge, which was a plus. Safety concern: The elevator inspection certificate was expired—the listed expiration date was 01/01/2026, which has already passed. Overall: For a three-night stay, the experience fell far short of what I paid for.

I love this hotel. I live in the area 1/2 the year and I stay at Larkspur for a little getaway a couple times in the 6 months I’m here. It has a nice to go breakfast. I do some laundry taking advantage of the free washer/dryer. The rooms are nice and clean and has a nice kitchen like home. Feels like home away from home. Parking is free. There is shopping close. Renton Landing is close with restaurants, retail stores and a movie theater.

Got a last minute booking here late at night after not being able to check into a different place.. The staff at front desk was very friendly and hooked us up with phone charger, free parking and even free water bottles! The room it self was great and very spacious. I believe we got the studio suite, which had so much included that we didnt even get the chance to use half the stuff. The Tv’s wede good quality as well and i was able to quickly log into my Netflix account. I would definitely book here again if im in the area.

The welcome cookies were so delicious

1. The towel rack in the bathroom was ready to break off the wall. I notified the front desk twice about this and was advised it would be taken care of but never was fixed. 2. The heater stopped working and it was freezing in our room. Two more calls to the front desk had the same effect as if I was calling about a towel bar. 3. It served the most pitiful breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, and I have stayed at a lot of places.

Staff was great room for the most part was clean. I did have a bug in the kitchen sink and informed the management. We lost power for a time but didn’t effect my stay.

I got the great hospitality. The staffs were super friendly and helped me on the way to the airport with a free ride. The building is old but I cannot complain with the price. Thanks!!

The staff was very friendly and the location is excellent Just as very worn out and the room was moldewy musky smelling carpets were worn out. Couch was disgustingly, dirty, and worn.

It was just a quick overnight stay but the staff was friendly. They got us an Uber to the airport, which was awesome and they were very helpful room was a little old inundated, but very nice.

I had just checked in to my room and within a half hour the entire hotel’s electricity went out. Had to wait in the dark lobby for two hours until l my company could relocate me to another hotel in the same parking lot that did have electricity. The staff offered no explanation nor assistance. This was the second chance I gave this hotel. The first visit was a week before. I couldn’t access my room because the door lock was malfunctioning. I had to make four trips to the front desk before they sent maintenance to see what the problem was. Maintenance was in my room working for about an hour when they finally they decided to give me a new room. Needless to say, I will not be giving them a third try. This hotel is not well maintained and does not put the comfort of their guests first.

Airport Shuttle has limited operational times which is not clearly posted- cost me an additional $45 to Uber back to the airport-

My junior suite was clean enough - I never opened the cupboards or the dishwasher, since I was only there for one night. But the room & bathroom were clean enough, didn't smell weird, etc. TV didn't work. At all. Breakfast is what it is, but even the packaged hard-boiled eggs were coated in a layer of frost. It's not fancy, fine, but it's also done poorly. Negative stars for the shuttle. Complete amateur hour. The only hotel I've ever run across that stops its shuttle at 10pm, because apparently a major international airport hub would never have flights that get in after 10... so I had to take a $35 Uber to get here. Needed to get back to the airport by 9 to catch my bus home (several companies outside of Seattle offer shuttle buses to Seatac, including the town where I live), so I scheduled the 8:30am shuttle from the hotel... which took off six minutes late, and I came within a whisker of missing my ride home from the airport that morning because of it. 0 stars would be an improvement for their shuttle. Listen to my words. Never stay here.

Took 5 trips to the front desk getting new keys because door lock would not open door. It ended up being the door lock and not the keys that were malfunctioning. Maintenance tried to fix but was unable to. They finally gave me another room. It would have been appreciated had they at the beginning given me another room so that I could have showered and relaxed after a long day of work. Instead, I had to shred the room with maintenance while they tried to fix door lock.
