It was ok. They didn’t have a breakfast & no AC in the bedroom, so it was a little hot.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff
-
However, the staff was not very helpful and bordering on rude. The evening crew member, just stood in the doorway (didn't come up to the desk), and then said testily, "What?". The lady in the morning insisted the coffee was warm and fresh and refused to refill it. The gym didn't have any sanitizer or soap to clean the equipment. The room was advertised as having a fold out couch, but it was a medium long couch that you could take the back off and use as a bed. No sheets or blankets in the room either.

overcharged

This was the worst extended stay hotel I’ve ever been in customer service was below minimum. The rooms are nasty. We had five things in to get fixed by maintenance that never got fixed. If you are getting a room with a bedroom in a living room be prepared to sweat in the bedroom and freeze in the living room and every time we went to the front desk to talk to them about the issues we got told well all of our rooms are like that we had those problems before yeah that’s normal for this hotel so on and so on

Condition of the van that drove us to the airport was concerning.
-
Overall not bad stay with a spacious one bedroom suite but we had mold in our bathroom that caused a bronchitis flare up
-
Everything was wonderful from the staff to the breakfast
-
The rooms were spacious and clean, but things in disrepair. Kind of gloomy place.
-
The room very clean and nice. The service was excellent.
-
To make your own queen pullout bed but have to fetch the stuff to make the bed after getting into the room. Not enough towels or pillows. Never again. Huge mistake. Also the shuttle doesn’t run after 10pm so that was a $30 uber.
-
Shuttle driver complained the whole way. Someone who appeared to be a manager came out at 2:30 to 5 parties waiting, and just yelled "no checkin until 3:30". I cancelled my last 2 nights.

I like the place it’s near airport and has kitchen
-
It was clean, the rugs and some finish on some walls was a lil worse for wear but for a place we were only sleeping in it was fine. And the very convenient feature was the complimentary wash and dryer use! Overall it was a nice place to stay thay was close to downtown Seattle and the highway to Ranier/Olympic parks.

1. Hotel common areas (check in, hallways, elevators) smelled like odorizing chemical- like trying to hid a bad smell instead of just being naturally clean and odor free 2. The room was pretty worn- no knobs covers on the lamps in the room so it was very hard to turn them on/off, no A/C in separate bedroom so was hot in July, shower soap was empty and all soap dispensers were really difficult to get any soap out of, paint was peeling in bathroom and the shower cap had slid off exposing a pluming hole in the shower head area, hairs on both bathroom towels and in spare bedding we received. Probably missing some things here, but became obviously more neglected the closer you looked at anything 3. The gym was hardly worth it. Dated existing equipment (plus no spin bike or rower), room was suffocatingly small and there were no wipes available to sanitize or clean off equipment after use and no floor mats to lay on for stretching. The gym felt very much like an afterthought from 20 years ago. 4. Breakfast was very subpar. No hot breakfast or even granola for yogurt. Only shelf stable bread/pastries and a few dairy based options in the mini fridges. Do not come here for the free breakfast. However it was quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful and parkign was free. Could use an EV charger though.
