Great hotel. Fantastic staff

The hotel staff is nice and helpful when issues arise. The room, bed, and towels are clean. The only issue is that there isn’t daily housekeeping, which is an issue when staying long term. They had only “light” housekeeping my third day; two days later, there were ants crawling in my room.

The staff was pleasant upon check in and with interaction throughout our stay. Breakfast was hearty and of good ingredients. Didn’t use pool or other amenities. Not in an area that I would walk at night, but no issues with location. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Love this property. Very cozy and amenities are great! Been to several properties across the nation and we love it.

Everything was very good. They had some of the best coffee that I've had staying at different hotels. The only problem was I was having problems with the key card working in the door. We stayed there for three nights, and I told him the first night and still had problems with on the third night. They said they actually take batteries in those things, but it was kind of frustrating not being able to open my door unless someone was there other than that, it was great.

The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was well stocked, kept very clean, and the selection changed from day to day, which was a nice touch. There was a microwave and mini fridge so it made snacks easier for late night and for all our finds at Pike place! The standout feature of our stay was the shuttle service. It went far beyond the typical airport shuttle. The staff happily drove us to the airport multiple times during our trip so we could catch the light rail into Seattle, not just for our arrival and departure. That level of convenience and customer service made exploring the city so much easier and really enhanced our experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with exceptional service.
