We also missed breakfast because the breakfast hours conflicted with the airport shuttle schedule. We left on a weekend morning. The first shuttle departed at 7:00 a.m., and the next one was not until after 8:00 a.m. This was inconvenient because we wanted to arrive at the airport before 8:00 a.m. As a result, we had to skip breakfast, which also started at 7:00 a.m. I hope the hotel can offer more frequent airport shuttle service, especially in the morning. Had we known about the limited shuttle schedule in advance, we would not have booked this hotel. We paid almost $300 for one night but were not even provided with bottled water. Overall, the stay was not worth the price we paid.

I booked 2 suites for my family to spend a night before our morning flight. The overall property was clean, but we encountered many disappointments and frustrations in the 13 hours we were there. There was no shuttle available for us when we needed to be at the airport. We would have had to leave an hour earlier or an hour later to use it. When we got to our rooms, one had dirty underwear hanging in the shower. After 2 hours, the shuttle driver came to resolve the issue, and he was prepared to take someone down, as he was told a man was showering in our bathroom. The other room had faulty air conditioning that resulted in a very warm room of 76*. It took 2 hours for someone to address it, and I was later told by the dual operations manager that they were fully booked, so no other rooms were available. When we asked for a fan, we were met with a response of exasperation and told they didn't have any. The front desk employee was flustered by the unique challenges we faced, which I understand, so, we let her know more than once that we knew the issues weren't her fault; but, she didn't handle things with kindness and seemed annoyed by the work she was doing and the questions we were asking. In addition, the pool is advertised as being heated, and it was so frigid that lips were purple within minutes. I have been in contact with the dual operations manager, and she seems interested to help. I hope this is the case.

On the positive side, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a pleasant stay in terms of the actual accommodations, and the breakfast provided each morning was quite good, offering a nice variety of options to start the day. However, the service levels were disappointing. Despite staying for three nights, there was no housekeeping service throughout our visit. We did not receive any room refreshes, such as exchange of towels or fresh bedding, during our entire stay. We ultimately had to track down staff members ourselves just to get clean towels. For a multi-night stay, this lack of service was unexpected and inconvenient. While the property itself is nice, the lack of standard housekeeping amenities really impacted the overall experience. I would hope to see better attention to guest service during future stays.

Staff was great! Very helpful. Very pleasant.

Breakfast was nice. It seemed like there was a lot of little kids in the scramble area. I felt for the attendant.

We appreciated the free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast. Nothing. Everything was great.

Good breakfast! The staff was super friendly and responded quickly if there were any issues. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. We thought the indoor pool could have been a bit warmer. We would have gone swimming, but it was just too chilly for us. It’s too bad you don’t have a few more restaurants in the area.

The staff was very accommodating to needs while on property. Breakfast was above average for a buffet and with many different nationalities on site. Bathroom was clean and to have the amenities needed while using the shower were extremely appreciated.

The hotel and room were clean and very nice. The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and kind. If I had to give one negative, (a legitimately insignificant negative) it would be paying to park. I’ve traveled a lot and that was the first time I’ve ever had to pay to park, just seemed weird.

Outside looks pretty old but once you get into the room, it was really quite nice. Breakfast was great with tons of choices.

This is a great location for a family to stay if you have a vehicle and are checking out Seattle. The room was nice and big (2 queen plus sofa bad room). The pool was a nice break for the kids. Breakfast was a great start to a busy day.

Clean room, breakfast is good

To start, hotel was clean and looked well kept. However, for a hotel close to the airport, I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available until after 6:30. Also, I was charged for parking when I didn’t have a vehicle. I didn’t see the charge until I was checking out and was told by staff that there was nothing they could do because it was already charged. That left an unpleasant feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for that “policy”.

The staff is very kind and accommodating! I really loved my stay here!
