The fire alarm went off

Room was clean but did have an odor to it. Experience would have been great with the exception of the fire alarm going off at 3:30am.

The parking is easy and the room is clean.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant front office staff The key cards de-magnetized twice during my four day stay and I had to get these replaced twice. The fire alarm went off on my fourth night there for about 15 minutes. Annoying but obviously not the fault of the property.

At 3am we were woken up from fire alarm then told nothing

Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was plentiful, room was clean and functional. Outdoor pool was refreshing. Great location.

Parking was tight and crowded. Whole hotel scent was too strong and made me nausea.

Hotel smelled like the winter holiday season scent everywhere and it was strong. There were a lot parking spaces but it was tight and crowded. We also felt a bit unsafe.

Good location, small but clean outdoor pool with lounge chairs and recreation tables. Full kitchenettes. Nice layout to the rooms. Room was clean but smelled of cigarettes. Have stayed at this property in years past and never had this issue. But people are always smoking outside.

The pool was nice. The kitchen was a plus. The staff was very accommodating. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. The coffee was good. The neighborhood was safe for walking a dog at night. The walls were thin. I could hear the TV very clearly next door, and the noise from unit above kept waking me up. Smoke detector kept chirping next door all night.

Hi I’m very unhappy with the room we received. We check in late and when we got to our room the smell stinky feet was very strong, in the bedroom with a tv. Also the dresser in that room had some sticky residueon the top. Looked like coffee. The counters were not wiped down. The side of the fridge near the stove had particles of food stuck it. As well as coffee splattter on the wall between the window and sink. The blinds are dirty as well. The chair had a lot of crumbs in the crack. I have pictures of everything

The property is a little outdated but clean. We got a two bedroom suite which was great for us since we traveling with kids. But the keys kept not working, we were told that we couldn’t put them by our phones so we made sure to keep them away and they still kept getting demagnetized. We kept having to go to the front desk to fix our keys (multiple times EVERY DAY) which was really annoying!

No basic restaurant / diner. Around. The fan in the room needs to be wired separately so you can block out sounds around for other rooms
