It was good

Still better than hotel around here. Just too old

It was great to have a hot breakfast and our kids loved the pool. The ADA room was laid out in a strange way, so that it was difficult to get through the hallway area in my wheelchair because the bathroom door blocked it when opened. But the bathroom was large and the zero entry shower was so helpful.

The front staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport worked great. The hot breakfast was also very good. The only negative was the rooms were not cleaned well. The floors in the room were filthy and had probably not been mopped in quite awhile. The hotel is undergoing renovations and what had been completed looked nice. The only negative was the room itself being less clean than what I would prefer. Great location and nice large rooms with lots of space and a good breakfast.

Over all the stay was good, however we have a late delay flight arrival, and some of the families are already at the hotel, but they were not able to accommodate for them to check in

Very clean room

Hate that you have to pay for parking!

Overall nice experience but felt that staff were not as courteous and polite.

While the hotel has made some minor upgrades, there are still several areas that clearly need attention. We noticed scratched cabinets and paneling in the elevators that was coming apart. On our first night, the outer window suddenly cracked, which was extremely startling and frightening. On our second night, there was a loud party in the room next door, requiring us to call the front desk to address the issue. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. Between the ongoing construction, maintenance issues, uncomfortable room temperature, and noise disturbances, we were very disappointed with our stay. Based on this experience, we would not stay at this hotel brand again.

This is definitely one of the nicer airport hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The suite was very roomie, could have easily slept 4 people with the fold-out couch. We all felt we had plenty of room. The hotel happy hour was nice, as well as the breakfast. They might have benefitted from having more staff to assist, as there were a lot of guests waiting in line for a relatively long time.

Our recent stay at Embassy Suites was a very mixed experience\. I want to begin by recognizing the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful\. Every interaction we had with them was friendly, professional, and accommodating\. We were even upgraded to Room 518, which we sincerely appreciated\. Unfortunately, housekeeping standards were among the worst I have ever experienced\. As a former housekeeper for the Sheraton Hotel, I understand what hotel cleanliness should look like\. If I were grading the housekeeping department, I would give it a **0 out of 10**\. The bathroom was filthy\. There was pink mold/fungus growing in the shower, hair all over the shampoo and body wash dispensers, hair on the bathroom counter, and a large clump of hair sitting in the corner of the bathroom\. The body wash dispenser was completely empty and had not been refilled\. Even worse, the sliding bathroom door was broken\. It became stuck while I was inside the bathroom, leaving me trapped until maintenance arrived\. While trying to force the door open, I broke one of my nails\. Had housekeeping been properly cleaning the bathroom, they should have noticed that the door was not functioning\. The sofa bed was another disappointment\. When we opened the pullout bed, the sheets were stained and obviously had not been changed\. It appeared the bed had simply been

My kids loved it!! Great for our family of 4. We put our toddler on the fold out and baby in a portable crib and there was plenty of room for all of us. We will come back again!

The cleanliness was unacceptable. There were wet swimsuits left behind from previous guests, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and we found hair on the beds. Overall, the room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
