My biggest issue however was transportation to the airport. When I arrived on 7/4, I explained to Ann at the front desk that I would need transport to airport next day and I needed to be dropped off at the Delta wheelchair assistance due to mobility issues. She assured me that could happen. I doubled checked the next morning -- same response. Shuttle driver had me get out when he was picking up new passengers and dumped me at the taxi stand. Literally. Thanks to a very kind United employee, I got into the airport or I would probably still be there. Driver spoke little English and did not follow thru on the what I was promised.

Well maintained, staff were friendly, great breakfast

Staff was welcoming guests, property was quiet, nice warm pool was available, overall great experience.

The breakfast was amazing, made to order omelettes! The room was fine, just nothing special. Myself and another guest checking in were both frustrated with what we thought was free parking that actually was $30 (courtesy not complementary) which we both might have chosen somewhere else. And there were maintenance restrictions on the elevators and closed laundry facilities. It felt safe, but not worth the upscale cost.

Place was quite large and family friendly. Front desk folks were very helpful and friendly.

The service desk did nothing to help us catch our shuttle and then argued and got angry with us at 4:30am because they were busy watching their iPad instead of helping us get to the airport

Good 5 star hotel

Stayed here in the past and have spent a lot of money here, probably the worst customer service experience ever. Bartender was rude for no reason and management tried to make excuses for him. Another employee tried to help, but was told no by the rude bartender. Ended up not bringing the rest of my family for the stay. Wasted a 600$ family room. Never again.

Cherry the bar tender was welcoming and terrific.

Quiet, clean, and convenient. I like that there business nearby.

Couldn’t ask for a better breakfast to start your day

I went to set outside with my 6 kids and literally an hour and a half went by and I seen the guy who said he would call me get in his car and leave. So I went in asking why no one had called me and come to find out dude just forgot and didnt tell anyone I was waiting. The lady helping me after was super apologetic and trying to get us in to our room quickly as it had been ready for over an hour at that point, even though it still wasn't the time promised, but she double charged me even though I showed her I had prepaid on Booking.com and wouldnt let me check in if I didnt pay, so I had to call customer support, and the guy who helped me was an angel and called them and fixed it and made them take off the second charge.

We had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites Tukwila! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The complimentary airport shuttle made traveling easy, and we loved the evening reception with complimentary drinks. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of fresh, delicious options. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and room service was prompt and excellent. The pool was a highlight of our stay, and the entire hotel—from the beautiful atrium to the common areas—was spotless and well maintained. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, convenient parking, and the hotel’s location near the airport, shopping, and restaurants. What truly made this stay exceptional was the customer service. Every employee we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Embassy Suites Tukwila offers incredible value with so many included amenities. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
