Not happy with this location

Towels looked dirty or stained with shoe prints on them. Place smelled like cigarettes and there was a dog barking all night. Some areas on the floor looked like there was splatters of something all over

The bed was comfortable I was not happy to elevator was not working and I had walk up 3 fight of stay

Friendly staff Our counters were falling apart and very dirty from the edges. Our bathroom could’ve been cleaner. And we walked in the counters, were very dusty and our remote control was dead . And the elevator was not working and had to walk to 4th floor and it wasn’t fun being pregnant.

The experience was not a pleasant one for us! The evening we arrived we had to kill a cockroach and observed a few others crawling in the bathroom. We did not stay our whole reservation, but left the next morning. Very disappointing experience as we had our grandchildren.

Needed a night stay after stay at Hilton for couple nights. Thought this would be comparable. I was definitely wrong. Hotel is more like a long term rental property. There were people hanging out at night in the parking lot. Elevator was out of service. Hotel was rundown.for Springfield suites. Would not stay again.

Front desk lady was so sweet and the checkout desk area smells very nice. But the second you hit past those other doors it's not as pleasant smelling. The elevator is a bit sketchy and makes some questionable noises. Our room had some unknown food splatter on the wall. We only stayed a night so it was fine but not fantastic

There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no toilet paper holder. There were inadequate dishes/silverware. There was substandard bedding.

Loved the big kitchen!

I had roaches in my room. It looked like someone had a food fight in the room that was not cleaned. I booked this for a week, and all of this made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager and they did a roach bomb in my room I’m which had to vacate the room for hours. I was never offered to move to another room if anything of that nature. I checked in with the desk multiple times about resolving the issues in my room, but I never got an email back from the manager.

I have book two room for this Hotel, when I arrived the don't have the room I book, they do the check in to the other room, when we check the room was dirty and not the same on the website also with dogs. immediately we check out and request for refund, but the property manager refuse to reimburse the room, at least we were waiting for the other night, but he charges for the two nights when we booked by 10pm, keep this on mind before you book in this Hotel.
