The room was clean and the staff were really sweet. The air conditioning worked amazingly and we loved the little kitchenette in it. Def would stay again

I am very upset and will not be returning. That’s just too early, and extremely inconsiderate.

I wasn’t able to reach a single employee at the front counter. I tried calling all day.

Rooms were so dated and dingy. Everything smelled, vents caked with dirt and dust, bed was a on a metal be frame and looked like a prison bed….. worst choice to stay here

Refrigerator did not work dirty dishes in the dishwasher the staff said they can't get any extra pillows outside the building was a little sketchy no coffee maker in the room

Bed was good, only complained was the people above us do t sleep I’m guessing, due of heating the foot steps back n forth at midnight and early morning, moving things. Not sure if they’re aware of the people down below. Other than that it’s a good stay.

We arrived late as a stop over for an early morning flight. The floors were sticky and visibly filthy with dry spilled food or drink (I hope) and not enough towels in the bathroom to use to cover the floors. There were no batteries in the TV remote. The sheets were see-through to the mattress thin and stained. There was no phone in the room and no reception desk after 10pm. It was late and we only had a few hours until we had to leave for the airport. We used our emergency sleeping bag from our car on top of the bed.

Location and price Hallways and room smelt horrible.

Inside hotel was clean, outside at the parking lot is a different issue. They have a couple of few inoperable cars sitting. I believe there are long term renters hanging out in their cars at night. Makes me feel uneasy walking around and always checking my car. Filipina lady at front desk was very helpful and caring.

The King size room I booked 4 days prior was given to someone else. The Queen size room had no face or wash cloths and found a roach in the bathroom for the second time. Very disappointed in a place I had no problems with.

Room was clean and roomy but they were short on pillows because of “guests stealing them” we were told. our room had 2 pillows for three people and we traveled all the way from Houston Texas then we did not have any hand towels. Definitely not worth the nightly rate.

We only stayed for one night and overall it was fine. The lady at the front counter was very kind and friendly and was transparent that they were fully booked and short staffed. Hence our room wasn’t ready for check in. Another room was quickly given to us which we appreciated. As it was likely cleaned in a rush, there were a few things missed such as the trash not taken out. Not a huge deal. However, the property was out of amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap and small towels. For several hundred dollars a night, we didn’t feel it was worth it. The room we were given was likely an “extended stay” room. It had a very large fridge and microwave so those would be great for someone who needed that. The parking lot was fine and we didn’t feel unsafe at any time. The main doors requires your key to access as well.
