Staff are friendly and very accommodating, We arrived and give a us room with dirty linens on the table and unmade bed. Give us a different room, disgusting. Bed frame is made of metal frame,Squeaky and dirty looks like human dead skin cells around it! Pillows are paper thin! Clog bathroom sink with hairs from previous guess probably. Free coffee with no creamer? Kidding me? Homeless car parked on hotel parking lot! Beware! Check out 11 am. 10:35am staff asked to clean room. Dang!

No fan in bathroom No tissues in room No iron or board in room No ice machine in hotel No safe in room. From traveling all over the country , I thought these items were in every hotel in America. It was quiet and felt safe here. Very clean

Good place to stay for the price

If you're looking save $$$ for a place to crash for an evening or 2 this could be an option, but don't expect high quality hotel experience. Wallet and expectations adjusted the place is well.... "OK"

Standing in line to check in two individuals burst through the doors yelling about bed bugs and saying another individual (who came through the door shortly after slamming it open) was racist. Hotel staff handled things professionally as they could but the two continued to be belligerent in the lobby. When I got checked in I proceeded towards my room but when I walked off the elevator I felt like I walked into a place of incarceration as there was yelling from various rooms along with dogs barking from others. There is no carpet, so sounds echo and seems to reverberate throughout the floor. Was pretty chaotic stay that I don’t think I’d care to do again.

We arrived at around 8 in the morning and they allowed us to store our luggage with them while we roam around the area. On top of that, the place is neat and decent. The security is nice since you can’t enter without a card from them. They didn’t coordinate with each other. While we were having a nap, one of the staff knocked on our door and opened it thinking nobody is inside. It should have been in their system already that we were checked in at that room.

The staff was amazing. The room was dirty. I had to ask for a broom to sweep and such. The first night there my daughter's feet were black on the bottom just from running around. Both drains in the tub and the sink were broken and we had to find a way to hold them open so water would drain. When I arrived the room was extremely hot. I was told they don't have a maintenance man available that day and no other rooms so to open a window. I had to flip breakers and figure out the issue myself so we didny overheat. The room had a co stant smell of stale air mixed with cigarettes.

The booking was canceled by hotel and I am going to open a fraud case

My room had some details but the staff was very helpful and made sure our room was functional. The hotel is conveniently located and has a lot of parking. I was able to check in after hours too.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and significantly disrupted our travel plans. Afterward, I looked at the recent reviews and noticed many guests reporting similar issues. I wish I had paid closer attention to those reviews before booking. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

When we checked into our room the TV was on but couldn’t find the remote, I went to front desk to ask about it and she said people have been stealing them and couldn’t do anything about supplying another one, The next day another lady was at front desk so I asked her about it and she seemed surprised that there was no remote and gave us a remote, The whole floor in our room including the washroom was sticky everytime we rook a step, And I mean everywhere, The refrigerator was plugged in and you can hear that it was on and on the coldest setting but it was warm inside the fridge and freezer ,Hairs on washroom floor, Would not stay there again

No coffee bar. There are no cups provided and the place is locked so you will have to have key cards to get anywhere throughout the building which is half nice, but you should be able to get into the lobby without a key. Also, you can also hear people upstairs next to you walking around, so it’s definitely hard to sleep. Some of the rooms are kind of falling apart and they don’t provide enough pillows or enough towels/ect

Overall my stay was adequate. I reserved a King, they only had a queen. The room was tidy, no frills, which is fine because I wasnt expecting any. I was expecting a telephone in the room, which they did not have. I was not expecting a used, dried up tampon to be under the bed, which they did have. Mixed review, I guess. The staff was nice. I felt safe. It was a roof over my head and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

They overbook for days in advance. They turned me away on check in and their only answer was they overbooked all rooms and everything was already taken days in advance. They blamed Expedia and basically washed their hands on the issue.

Overall, the stay was good, the place is exactly as described. You shouldn’t come here expecting extravagant amenities, just the bare essentials. The area is good, with a mall with plenty of food options within a 15 min walk. If you want an affordable stay and willing to bring the essentials such as soap, you will be happy with this stay.

Clean and quiet. Good location and close to restaurants and gas stations.

Disappointed a little bit because no shampoo, no body wash and even no hand soap.... Nothing.
