Great value! Front desk was very helpful. Having an extra dispenser for the water and coffee station in the lobby was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the nice big bed with 2 comfortable leather chairs. However, the room is alittle outdated. The only way u can charge your phone or other devices is with a wall charger so make sure u are prepared for that. The pool and patio was also great. It also has a walking trail by the green river so u can step away from the facility. It is also walking distance to the Westfield mall as well as the bus and train station. Another plus was the hotel shuttle.

The bed was hard, uncomfortable Curtains too bright, better find blackout curtains. People need rest. We can not sleep all night, too loud from people step from upstairs floor,

Pillows are a little small which is just a minor complaint other than that it’s a nice place a to stay, the staff are pleasant and helpful and the pool /hot tub area is nice and clean

room and facilities were adequate. Their shuttle service to airport was great. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I was surprised to see plastic cutlery given SEA's claim to being Eco-minded.

Just got back from a fantastic stay! The room was super comfy. The staff were all so friendly and helpful throughout my trip. I loved the convenient location, making it easy to explore the area. Definitely planning on coming back again soon!

There wasn’t a hotel party above our room, and I called the front desk multiple times and they couldn’t stop the noise because “his hands are tied” because it was a group of minors unsupervised just doing whatever they wanted. So, essentially I paid to spend a weekend in absolute hell with these kids partying above me, and I slept for a total of 3 hours. Anyways, you shouldn’t stay here. Unless you want to suffer and waste your money.

Nice Staff, Clean room and over all the hotel is much much better than my expectation as a 3 star hotel . I will definitely choose it again and strongly recommend for the people who have limited budget

One room was renovated and the other was not but was pleased with the rooms . Enjoyed the outdoor patio where we could sit and talk with our family. Staff was helpful.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is close to the Green River trail and 20 min walk from Westfield Southcenter.
