Great breakfast and lots of walking trails. Everything you need for a longer stay

Paid parking is affordable. The sofa bed in our room was not that comfortable. It was ripped from the sides. They need to get new beddings for those.

Super nice man at the desk let us stow luggage there while we toured Seattle. Very concerned about making sure our two rooms were close. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms. Only drawback was no elevator (I’m almost 70) and was put on the second floor. Had heavy luggage as we came from a cruise. Luckily had strong sons with me. If you don’t like steps be sure to request a room on first floor. Convenient to the airport.

Room had so many bugs that we killed. Front desk room over an hour to bring extra towels and I had to call twice. Would never stay here again.

The staff, particularly Michael, was very helpful. He accommodated us when I requested for a room change since I didn’t like the location of the room. He was able to get us a really great location. However when we got inside, there was a cigarette butt on the floor, and you can see clearly that it hasn’t been vacuumed. The floor near the door was a bit muddy and even has hairs stuck. The trash under the kitchen sink wasn’t removed. The good thing is, everything else was clean. We waited for the cleaning staff to vacuum and clean up the area. Aside from this issue, our overall stay was good

Unfortunately, the room did not appear to be properly cleaned. There were food crumbs left on the chairs, the floor was sticky, and the bathrooms were not very clean. In addition, the AC was not sufficient to cool the upstairs bedroom, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay here again. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast.

Location Front desk staff indifferent. Bird droppings all over front porch of unit.

At check in the lady got our rooms switched with my father in law. My tv said welcome-Jaime. My name isn't Jaime. My ac didn't work. My bathroom was dirty. Shampop/conditioner empty. Food left in refrigerator-moldy. This place is overall gross. Pool wasn't clean. Spider webs in rooms. And by doors. Horrible parking. I will never stay here again.

Room had cobwebs and spiders by windows and doors. Air conditioning did not work. Hotel key did not open pool gate. Incidental fees was more than the room cost for 1 night! Breakfast ppl would not nake more waffle mix but had 30 minutes left for breakfast. Very rude employees! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, AWFUL SERVICE!

Breakfast was terrible. Items were not available. It was chaotic. People milling around waiting for food to come out. Waffle batter was empty. Bagels were gone. Hot food was only there intermittently and gone almost immediately after it was brought out with long waits for more.
