Hotel Interurban Seattle Airport SeaTac

The stay was fine, staff were welcoming. However the $25 for parking that was scarce will stop me from booking again. I had to drive around multiple times and I was sent to their remote parking on the top floor of the parking garage and chauffeured back. After 20 minutes of driving around the parking lot, I finally went inside and asked the front desk where they expected me to park. I wish I had known how difficult that would be before I booked.

This was'nt the first time i booked a room with this hotel. I think i booked it more than 5 times. From check in process to check out, everything is always seamless and hassle free. Room cleanliness is always up to the standard. Nothing to complain about.

Great staff, centralized location to everything, clean rooms!

I’d like to start with acknowledgment for the staff… Mohammed helped me check in. He was very polite, professional, and informative. I was hoping to thank him before I left… I plan to stay here again because of their wonderful hospitality. The room I had was a studio unit. It was very clean, and very spacious. Fridge, microwave, safe are essentials when I travel. The bath robes are definitely a PLUS! When I get a chance to bump into housekeeping staff they were always in good spirits. No one acted like they hated their job here. I love that vibe. It resonates… I had the opportunity to get a drink and dinner at the restaurant, Rendition. The food was delicious, and the bartender was just as pleasant. I had Great conversation and met great people there. I cannot say anything negative about my stay… The location is PERFECT. Close to everything I needed. Security is visible outside the hotel. I felt safe the entire time. I will be checking in again soon. Thank you.

They barely have a lobby so if you ever want to hang out outside of your room, well you can’t. They don’t have water or ice machines. They have bags of ice in a freezer on 4th floor only, which we only were able to find out from another guest. The rooms were OK. Mostly clean just corners here and there that were a bit run down more than what pictures show. When we walked to our room someone was painting the hallways which made their floor stink. Fob notch was broken. Walked into our room and it had a huge whiff of chlorine. Nice to know it was cleaned but it took us all of our first day to air out the room! Breakfast was flavorless. Our first round of coffee cups had lipstick stains. The service was excellent, sometimes slow, but that was it. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this hote

Quiet and nice place to stay. Pool was cold.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been highly satisfied. My recent stay was less than expected. When I went to take a shower in the morning there were long black hairs all over the shower walls. There is no way the cleaning staff did not see this if they cleaned the shower. It left me wondering how well the room was actually cleaned after the last occupant.

Always a consistent and lovely stay. The bartender was friendly and efficient as well :)

Hello upon checking in there was quite a wait to get to the desk. But attendant on staff was pleasant and professional. We went up to our room to relax for about an hour and a half and upon departure we noticed that I rental car had some damage to it. We immediately reported it to the front desk and asked for a manager to retrieve the videos. We were told that they would be emailed and unfortunately to this day Michelle has not sent anything.

Nice clean room and very comfortable beds. Nice lobby area. The only reason I gave three stars is because of the parking situation. Parking is pretty hard to come by and if full you’re left parking across the street. Wonderful place to stay if you don’t need to park your car!

Great stay, again! Very happy with staff and entire hotel.

Pretty clean and comfortable stay, the room was clean and well maintained with enough light and good AC. No breakfast was included with our reservation and the downstairs café seemed expensive for what they offered. Only minor hiccup was the absence of a microwave in the room which made heating up leftover food from our trip difficult and forced us to waste food. Parking was challenging as we were lucky to find a surface spot but another guest mentioned they didn’t find a surface spot and had to park in paid (separate from room charges) garage parking of the hotel

Convenient location but will most likely opt for another hotel next time. Parking situation is a bit odd as you pay to park outside of the building. The photos of the room don't quite look like the pictures online. Shower could use some work.

The hotels parking is very inconvenient and difficult to navigate. When I booked the reservation included breakfast and when I arrived for my stay we were told it had changed and was no longer provided.

The hotel was clean. Nice restaurant and great coffee shop!
