1. The restroom near the pool was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell, which made it impossible for us to use the pool at all. This should be a basic standard for any hotel. 2. During breakfast, I asked the waitress to microwave a cup of milk for my son, and she told me they would charge a fee just to do that. This felt excessive and unwelcoming, especially for such a small request involving a child. 3. On top of that, parking costs $25, which felt like an unnecessary added expense on top of an already underwhelming stay. Overall, these issues made for a frustrating experience, and I'd think twice before staying here again.

5Star! Hotel staff are very accommodating, Zakia is the best! Very soft spoken humble front desk staff. Rooms is cleanliness is above and beyond, spacious and quite. Food is great, free buffet breakfast. Great location walking distance to Westfield mall. Lots of parking space, heated swimming pool.

Very poor Customer Service no water no cleaning stuff like tissues and the other room surfaces

Walkable to Westfield Southcenter Mall with lots of dining options. Safe area. Quick Uber ride to Tukwila International Link train station for a 40 min. ride to Seattle. Rendition restaurant downstairs with good breakfast buffet options and dinner menu is sufficient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Accomodating staff clean room

This hotel is so nice. I’d stay again in the future. The only negative is that there is no airport shuttle.

Why does a guest have to pay 💰 to park their car 🚘 at the hotel 🏨. Parking should be free u may as well charge me for fresh air !

Was unaware of shuttle from SEA to hotel. Breakfast was good but a bit limited with variety.

It was an all around pleasant stay, even the breakfast which was included. Great place at a fair price.

Excellent choice. Angelina was very friendly and helpful at check in , breakfast was above average.

Everything was perfect, location excellent, staff friendly and helpful, great experience my family enjoyed every moment, and that’s all for me.

Overall, the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Pretty bummed about the pool. It was foggy and looked like a swap. So I wasn’t going to get near it. Also, it did not mention in the booking that parking was $25 a day. It was open parking outside, no reason for it to be that expensive. Just a hidden fee. Overall, I’ll not stay there again as the pool was unusable and the parking was definitely just a hidden fee.

Clean room; convenient to the airport. This is a very nice, reasonably priced hotel.

Proximity to airport and mall

This is a really great hotel close to the airport. The breakfast was really good (in their restaurant on the main floor). The pool was great for our grandkids. Dog bones at the front desk were a plus as well. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is a small dog park to the rear of the building which was great for our dog to run around in but wasn’t as nice as the hotel. Could use some regular cleanup and weeding. Everything else was great!
