The room was big and had all you would expect in a studio. Beds comfortable and location great for airport. Complimentary breakfast was ok but personal opinion was that cooked items were too ‘spicy’ / ‘peppery’ for early morning. Coffee in lobby was constantly cold and some staff on reception were a little rude, e.g. answering the telephone to someone else when I was talking to her! Maybe that’s just my standard of good manners! Cleaning staff were quite noisy in the mornings and the double use lift meant some lengthy waits at busy times. Biggest issue-$25 (+tax) each night for parking when there was so much space. Seemed steep, and actually unnecessary - again in my opinion.

Pay fees for parking don't make sense

Delicious breakfast and super clean room

There was no shuttle to the airport, even though they advertise being at the SEA-TAC Airport! I had to pay $75. to get to the airport. Not what an airport hotel should be doing!!!!

The pool and hot tub were nice and in great condition. Laundry room on the 5th floor was clean and machines were in good condition. Breakfast was very good and they offered several options for everyone. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.

I would definitely stay here again! We stayed here for 6 days with family. The room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, everything was clean, and we enjoyed having a couple drinks from the bar and sitting by the fire at night. It's in a great location close to the mall, lots of restaurants and the link station to get to Seattle.

Nice hotel space, rooms nice and clean (only caveat about the rooms is that the doors slam real hard upon leaving) if you are a light sleeper keep this in mind. Breakfast was decent. No airport shuttle. Would stay again.

In general it a great hotel, super comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly - everybody! Only downside was getting in and out of the parking lot complicated and the surprise additional 25 per night for parking.

A very nice, modern hotel. The breakfast is simply wonderful—everything is fresh and delicious, with a wide selection. The room is clean and pleasant. There are plenty of amenities - including a pool, a gym, and a beautiful veranda. Parking fee—as is the case everywhere in the Seattle area—but it is reasonably priced at $25 per night.

Excellent stay. The most friendly staff at this hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
