Check in says 3:00 but was not permitted to check in until 4:00. No house keeping duties were performed during our stay even after us calling front desk at 7:00am requesting housekeeping to freshen the room.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE NEEDING 24 HOUR SHUTTLE SERVICE!! They claim they have 24 hour shuttle but we were placed on the shuttle list for 4:30am to take us to the airport to catch our flight. When we went to the lobby early that morning they told us they didn’t have a driver. The only thing they could do was book us an uber. We had our 5 year old child with us and no car seat. They put us in a very terrible/stressful situation. Stay away if you need the shuttle service! They also had ants in the hotel room.

This was a super convenient choice very near the airport and a 10 minute drive to return our rental car. The giant mall nearby had numerous dining options. Clean. Easy check-in and check out. The room and bed were very comfortable and quite generously sized. We had a little sofa and seating area which were much appreciated.

The bed was awesome. Best sleep in awhile. Room was clean but a little dated. But overall, awesome.

My tire popped and I was forced to stay in Seattle for the night and this hotel was PERFECT. I appreciate the front desk lady for accommodating me. Will definitely be back. So close to the mall and many other locations. Beds were so comfortable! And loved the balcony b

Staff were extremely helpful. Liked the walk-in shower and tall toilet. Food/snack choices were a little thin. Nice place.
