Clean. Spacious Price

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the pool, hot tub and the bathtub in the room. The hot tub was not functioning and had caution tape around it. The pool was murky and I would not put my feet in the water. The bathtub had no plug and could not be used either. Expensive stay for NO amenities. I will not return.

Location, location, location

front desk service was quick. staff were friendly and really accomodating. no slippers in the room.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms were very clean and the facility was amazingly quiet, even though it was so near to the airport. As a Starbucks fan, I was delighted to see that they had Starbucks available within the hotel, as well as a dining option! It is located near a mall with other dining options as well. Airport shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very courteous on both trips. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

We arrived early as we were coming off a cruise and the staff was helpful getting us into our room before the check-in time. The room was comfortable enough but the furniture could use some replacement due to wear. It was great having the shuttle service there to pick us up at the airport, however; it wasn’t so great to have them drop us off in the parking garage with a ton of luggage and my Mom in a wheelchair with no forewarning that they couldn’t take us to the actual departure gate. Since it was just the two of us, I had no choice but to leave her in the garage at 3:45 in the morning while I hauled all the luggage up to ticketing. Not the way I wanted to end a wonderful trip.

This hotel is my go to for staying near the airport and south center when traveling with my family. It has large comfortable rooms that sleep multiple people, it’s clean and safe and easy to navigate.

Location was perfect for our grandson’s soccer tournament. Pool need a lot of repair and cleaning.

Decent property some stuff helpful

Although the hotel did not have microwaves in the rooms, we were able to request one during our stay, which was a convenient option. The location was excellent, with many stores, restaurants, and local attractions nearby, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

Nice big room and comfortable bed Room next to noisy outdoor aircon units. Ran all night and had terrible sleep. Asked to be booked for airport shuttle but got missed off the list and no seats available when we had to leave for the airport

Great location for the hotel close to the airport but right next to a great mall with lots of food options and things to do. I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Whenever I travel again to Seattle I will definitely book here again.

Exceptionally wonderful staff who were happy to answer questions or provide information on the area. Food was excellent. Hotel was well maintained and clean.
