Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle South - Tukwila by IHG

Dry lovely property. The shuttle is a big plus

This hotel has always been wonderful. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. I had a family emergency come up and had to return home a day early. They were able to refund me the last night even though it was booked through a third-party. The staff is also very friendly. Love the fact that they have a shuttle that will take you to the light rail. And the breakfast is good as well. We will stay here every time we go to Seattle area.

Nice rooms Key card required for everything including lights. Pool was not clean. Noisy.

Clean, close to airport, and modern

Would stay again

I also thought is would have been nice to have more than one person monitoring the breakfast area. She was super nice but was having a hard time keeping up with the food for all of us who were eating.

We are just come back from an Alaskan cruise and had already booked a room there check in time was 3 o’clock, but we arrived around 9 o’clock. They did the best and they managed to get us in for just a little bit before 11 a.m. really appreciated it as we were wiped out

Have stayed in.many Holiday Inn Express hotels. This one is the best ever !

Brand new and perfect for quick overnight before a flight

Very clean like usual Location was awful! Room was right next to the freeway entrance. Thankfully, I had a sound machine and was able to cover up some of it.

Place was clean, good breakfast and staff very attentive.

Best part was the amazing coffee

We enjoyed our stay. Good beds.

More variation of breakfast could be better

Breakfast had a good selection. No hair dryer in room, no air vent in bathroom. Walls are thin and could hear the person in the next room taking a long shower. Outside noise was a bit loud with cars during the night even with furnace fan on high. I asked young girl at check in if we could have a later check out time and she said no, we don't offer later check outs. I was surprised she said that. There is a free luggage room to store your luggage if you have a late flight and they do offer free shuttle to airport only.

This hotel had easy access to the freeways. The property is very clean, the security was appreciated. The smell of cleaning chemicals is very strong in the lobby and outside the elevators. That would be my only complaint. The continental breakfast was generous and well stocked. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Booked this hotel last minute, it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the mall and includes a complimentary shuttle to the airport (10 minute drive). The breakfast was just ok but the hotel in general is VERY clean and well kept. The room was really quiet and we got some much needed sleep and quiet.

Convenient location to the airport since it was just an overnight stay

Everything, lovely hotel.

The hotel was very clean especially the lobby area. The staff were wonderful. Overall I highly recommend staying here.
