Good spot they mind theyre business, they dont give you a hard time at all here. I love it

The staff was friendly and helpful. But for what I paid, the room was a little dated, smelled like someone had smoked in it, and not as much room as the pictures made it look like. Luckily our third person stayed somewhere else otherwise it would have been cramped.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever been to and I have been in many the rooms were not clean and smelled terrible they needed major repairs paint chipping doors warped the street noise keep you up all night even with the cost relatively low it was worth the price

The night was horrible. It smelled of weed and urine when entering. My daughter and I actually saw urine in 2 different spots. The garbages were overfilled around the building. The room had greasy hand prints on the walls. 4 hours into our sleep the fire alarm went off. We were exhausted fir the next days tournament. I tried to cancel the 2nd night and they refused. They did not bring in clean towels the 2nd night.

I will not choose to stay again. At check in I as asked if i needed anything just let them knw. so I did. I need some extra coffee packs. Well if you need them just come back. I will need them I always do as i use two to brew a cup plus I waned one that might. She walked into the back and brought me out 4 packs and a coffee maker. Thre is no coffee maker in the room? No, wierd, but thank you. Are there any cups in the room, No, would you lke ones ith a handle or just 2 cips will work. So she went to the back again and brought me 4 cups, 2 with a handle and two foam ones even thogh they were out of lids, LOL. Every time I went back to the office no one was there abd when i left I had some garbage in my car and I walked over to the cleanng ladies cart and asked for the garbage. She told me there wasn't one on her cart and pointed me to a can over in the corner, Strange stay for sure, not much into customer service certainly not happily. To their credit there is a service area in the morning for coffee back at the office, which i didn't know and wasn't told at checkin, but that woould explain no coffee maker, The staff the next moring was delightful and helpful, but when i left I just put the key on the counter as no one was in there. Too many places i can stay that are helpful.

The bathroom and the towels were really clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. The receptionist was kinda nonchalant and tired. She didn't really pay attention to us when we were checking in. It felt like we were wasting her time and she needed to go home. Another thing, the hotel reeked with weed smoke. I had my two kids with me and i didn't like it.

Location and pleasant staff. Too much noise. Person checking in at 11 pm and moved furniture and closet noise past 1am. Not much sleep.

The room that I booked was a Suite for Double queen. Never got that room type and the room we did receive was filthy. Items from previous guests were still there the refrigerator was nasty. Cigarette burns on every surface imaginable but this is a non smoking hotel. My child mentioned the toilet smelled like someone just pooped in it. I was very surprised as Extended stay America has a great reputation. Turns out for this location it’s an exception to the norm.

The Front desk crew is very unprofessional. I called for kitchenwares, it says it will be delivered on the sign, but frontdesk said they do no deliver and we have to grab it ourselves. The floors in the lobby, by the elevator and walkway clearly hasn't been mopped, it was dirty. The smell of the room was awful and smells really old. The bathroom has that funky smell like someone just pooped on there. Never going back there.

That it was clean quiet the rooms were nice and roomy parking was great The location was great The price was right and had a wonderful day I will book In the near future Nothing so far nothing at this point

when I got the hotel they told me you duble booked me, they do not have a room for me, so i could not check in and no refund.

Heater and air conditioner didn’t work! Stove didn’t work at all

Terrible hotel. Really dirty. Smelled of mirajuana. Plain ol nasty. Would not ever stay here again.

really appreciate that theres a key drop off to check out at even an earlier time

However, making our way to the room we went past overflowing trash cans at every corner. No exaggeration! At the elevators and any corner that had trash cans - they were not just full, they were overflowing.
