Location. Waited too long for someone to come to the front desk to check me and my coworker in. I booked a king room - and got two queens. Air conditioner stopped working and was a giant pain in the butt!

Everything looks updated and the bathroom was big. It was nice to have the microwave and mini fridge. There was a nice variety for breakfast and the staff was very friendly.

The pool was also too cold to swim in even during summer.

I hope all the plastic eating utensils could be swapped out for compostable utensils. All that plastic waste was discouraging. The pool was also too cold to swim in even during summer.

On the positive side, check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly directed to my room. The bathroom was the highlight of my stay—it was very clean, well-maintained, and the towels were neatly arranged (even though I prefer using my own). The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable, and the airport shuttle service was reliable and convenient. However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The mattress, bedding, and seating all felt very old and worn out. The carpet also appeared outdated and not very clean, which affected the overall comfort of the space. The biggest issue during my stay was the air conditioner, which was not working. The room remained uncomfortably hot, around 78°F, making it difficult to rest—especially during the day. I reported the issue to the front desk on my first day, but I was told maintenance was unavailable at the time. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up, and I was not offered a room change. This made my stay very uncomfortable. Overall, while there are a few positives like cleanliness in the bathroom, breakfast, and shuttle service, the condition of the room and lack of response to the AC issue made this stay far from satisfactory. I hope improvements are made, especially regarding maintenance and room upgrades.

Breakfast was nice consisting of omelette with cheese, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, juices, yogurt, toast and muffins. Parking was convenient and not as much as I thought it would be. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. A few planes in the evening but not while we were sleeping (that I know of haha). Easy to check out and close to the car rental return place for the airport. A 7-Eleven is across the road and we got snacks to watch the games.

Many svcs not done at this hotel that are courteously & readily done at other same hotels. Flew in. Did not drive. Airport shuttle service was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Thank you.
