Hampton Inn Seattle/Southcenter

Many svcs not done at this hotel that are courteously & readily done at other same hotels. Flew in. Did not drive. Airport shuttle service was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Thank you.

Friendly van driver The pool chairs were really uncomfortable And the outdoor “heated” pool was cold Good breakfast

This hotel was way better than the pictures. AND if you show up early, they'll check you in early if they have any rooms available (which was great coming off a cruise and getting to check in at 10:30 a.m.!). The pool water was very cold, but the grounds and amenities were great (including filtered water and coffee in the lobby). Free shuttle to the airport was a plus as well.

It is a clean place and the rooms are big but the pool wasn't open and it was high 80's when we were there and they closed the breakfast 17 minutes before 9:00 there were a couple of us that came and they refused to put more food out. Very disappointing!

We have stayed at this property at different times over the last 20 yrs. It is a great location with amenities close by. The staff are friendly & helpful. The beds are comfortable & rooms are clean. The breakfast is adequate but not as plentiful as it has been over the years. On a last note, there is now a $15 charge for parking overnight. I don’t feel hotel guests should be charged for parking & I wasn’t aware of this change when I booked the room.

the breakfast was good, but i would appreciate if you could add some potato's or mushrooms for vegan or vegetarian to ahve a good breakfast. the location which was near a buger for dinner was excellent, also it was near the highway so i don't have to travel inside the city and traffics.

Room was not the cleanest, moldy fries in the fridge, tv wasn’t working and it’s quite loud near the Highway

Clean room and nice staff.

Breakfast was good. We were rushed though as we were leaving at 6 am to get to the airport. But it looked great.

I reserved a king size bed room and was assigned 2 queen size… I was told, by employee of the front desk, that they can only guarantee the room if you book through Hilton app. Why on Expedia they ask you to choose a room if the can guarantee it… very condescending too… wouldn’t recommend
