Comfort Suites Airport Tukwila Seattle

Great place to stay. Convenient to downtown Seattle activities and affordable. Great for families, continental breakfast, and kid friendly pool! We will stay here again.

Always love staying here! Nice and clean! Staff makes you feel welcome, and that's especially critical when arriving at midnight and tired after flying all day.

Friendly staff picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. They also picked and dropped us off at the local train station so we could head to downtown Seattle.

Overall, everything is good

Hotel was close to airport. Rooms were pretty clean and the breakfast choices were good. We had people yelling and arguing in the parking lot late at night. Someone also went by the door and would knock on it. I was also charged a "booked through a third party fee" that was not disclosed before arrival.

This location had a great pool and hot tub, a nice suprise! Also homemade waffles at breakfast were tasty.

Checked in and dirty towels on floor with blood on them. Went back Angela front desk was rude, I asked to speak to manager, she typed ignored me and then said one available tomorrow. I asked how to get solution today. Manager comped from so I could find another hotel. I have stayed here since they opened. Loved the staff, but now the rudeness, cleanliness is an issue. Breakfast is now subpar it’s a fallen gem. Was my favorite. :(

Extremely nice shuttle bus driver, was also at front desk. She helped us with train info, schedules, timing. Olivia was great. Very nice well stocked breakfast.

Because the hotel was fully booked, I couldn't be moved immediately. When I finally was, the second room was even worse. The HVAC was stuck on heat and would not cool the room. The most upsetting part was how staff treated me because of my service animal. Multiple employees repeatedly questioned me about my dog even after I explained she is a service animal. One front desk employee even followed us to the elevator while continuing to ask questions. It felt like harassment and showed a complete lack of understanding of the rights of guests with service animals. When I checked out, I asked to speak with the manager about my five-day stay. I was told she would contact me, but despite calling the hotel every day since, I have received no response. I will be contacting the corporate office to file a formal complaint. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with a service animal. I got zero rest staying at this hotel for 5 nights just awful!!

Pool and hot tub area was amazing. The staff was either very nice or rude. Definitely did not make the trip as enjoyable as it could have been.

Bathrooms need updating Rooms were dark in color. Floor had no carpet. Hot tub could have been hotter.
