Tru By Hilton Tukwila Southcenter, WA

Definitely a clean and modern place to stay for business purposes. Room very small, very strong soapy/perfumey smell, firm bed and small/uncomfortable pillows, noise from room above. Parking fee is modest but should be included in this area, despite having a gate that restricts access overnight. Included breakfast items looked fine but we skipped it because the space was overcrowded.

Very nice staff and a great property. The only downside is that it’s a little far from downtown, but that’s no fault of the property itself.

Get better pillows.

They didnt clean the room properly, they just replaced towels and took the trash out, didnt make the beds.

Safety, for solo travellers is most important. In this hotel you cannot enter unless you have your room key. There’s nothing much they offer for breakfast, but there are many good restaurants nearby.

Clean quiet and close to airport. Good breakfast.

We couldn't even check in because the computer was down. We ended up going somewhere else

I only stayed overnight, had a very early flight out. The room was nice, clean and the property was quiet.

Great facility!

Rooms were clean, the lobby was fully stocked with anything you may need or forgotten. Staff was so friendly and even remembered our faces and would acknowledge us when walking back in. Breakfast was simple but plenty of sitting space we went during a game for the World Cup.

Our room was clean, however the beds were worn out and too soft. They caused us to have back pain. Also, the sheets and bed were hot which caused us to not sleep well. The shower and bathroom were excellent with a lot of counter space. The breakfast was O.K., but not great. They had no hashbrowns, no hard boiled eggs, no pastries like muffins or danish only plain yogurt with no fresh berries to add to it. The scrambled eggs were too salty and the orange juice tasted bitter. The free breakfast buffet includes cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, plain yogurt, pancakes, bagels, english muffins, apples, whole fruit-bananas and oranges, oatmeal with a few toppings, coffee and juice, The hotel has a free water bottle refill station and ice machine in the lobby area. Also, there is a board near the elevator with info about things to do in Seattle and bus info. The front desk staff were nice. The parking fee is ridiculous considering it is just a locked gate. Anyone can walk into the parking lot because there is not a fence around the entire parking lot. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby including fast food-Panda Express, Subway, etc. We would not stay here again because of the worn out beds caused us to get poor sleep.

The staffs are very friendly, the room is clean and spacious, amenities are good. Walking distance to Westfield and Target so it’s conveniently located Will recommend

Good location and close to shopping. Away from the crowds.

Excellent stay. My only complaint was I had to pay $15 for parking. Parking should be included.

Will never stay in a Tru property again. The room was uncomfortable with no place to sit, no closet space and not a relaxing environment. Too modern and simple for my taste. It was very clean just cold and overpriced.
