The rugs in our room were warn and dirty. Bathtub was stained. Room was dark. The Bathtub was not accessible.

The staff is amazing and the location is great. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I am used to a sleep number bed.

I have stayed at several Hilton Garden Inn hotels, and this one was by far the worst. This place badly needs an upgrade! The carpet was extremely dirty and torn, and the room, bed sheets, blankets, and towels all looked very old and worn out. Overall, the hotel was far below the standard I have come to expect from Hilton Garden Inn.

I often stay here when in town and will continue to do so. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff is always polite and friendly.

The sink had a bunch of debris dried on it. Filthy. The tub was also dirty. Surprising, because we have had good experiences before.

Very outdated and desperately needs renovations. Beds were semi comfortable. We chose this hotel based on the location (flying out of SeaTac) and free parking and it did the serve purpose

I would gladly pick this place to stay again.

Pool and business kiosk were both out of service. The workout room was a bench and some dumbbells with a couple pieces of cardio equipment and some dumbbells weee missing a mate. All water fountain in the whole place were not working and the water dispenser in the fitness room didn’t work. The place smelled like mold and mildew all the time and the continental breakfast was dry and gross.i will not stay here again.

The staff was great with suggestions on how to see attractions and even a great tip on parking in Seattle. Rooms were clean, although a bit dated. We had a few issues with the room but it was quickly resolved by the helpful staff.

There is no fan in the bathroom and big noises from the centralized outdoor condensers that is right beneath the windows

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

The pool was closed with no Warner before we arrived which was a big reason we booked this spot. Breakfast was expensive when it should have been free and not worth the price we paid. Our tub/shower hardly drained and caused us to stand in dirty water while taking a shower. Our AC unit leaked all over the floor and our stuff both nights of our stay and everything was an extra charge. Our dog, parking, checking in, etc. making it as expensive as staying downtown Seattle without the convenience of staying downtown Seattle.
