Pool was out of order, bathroom toilet kept running, lots of outside noise

This Hilton disappointed on so many levels. It simply needs an overhaul. The carpets throughout are stained, damp, and torn. Furniture is mismatched and dated. Coffee machine had to be unplugged and moved from its mini kitchen station in order to fill with water because lid could it be opened under the cabinet. Blackout blinds were ripped and could not be rolled all the way down. Not great.

Bath tub didnt drain. Carpet coming apart at the seams. Bathroom door didnt close or latch. Once you leave the lobby, the halls and rooms are dated, dark, and doesnt seem clean

Property was very out of date as if they barely tried to keep it manageable day to day. The air conditioner in my room was so loud. I was unable to sleep all night. There was construction being done in the pool area so no chance of using that. The staff were friendly, but I would never stay here again.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was so friendly. We took a bit off the amenities because the pool was being repaired and it wasnt mentioned. We checked in at 3 with a small child in tow, and didnt see the pool clearly.

Very thing is awesome.

We were charged for some incidental charges and they gave no response to explain why when we contacted them.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Unfortunately the pool was under construction but I'm sure once it's finished it'll be great! It would be nice if they included breakfast with the stay considering the price is a little bit on the higher side compared to some close by hotels but overall it was worth the money and we will definitely return here.

Most expensive rat hole I’ve ever stayed in

The hotel halls smelled of musty, stale cigarette smoke and the carpet in my room, there was a chunk out. In another room, an ADA room, the bathtub did not drain and water was up to my friend's ankles. Also, her room had a large chunk of carpet out.
