Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment, despite the potential. It felt like they were in a middle of a renovation project that they ran out of money. Our room had unfinished grout and trim. The window could be opened from the outside. This is very bad as we were on the ground floor. The swimming pool had not been cleaned in a while. There were all sorts of floating debris in the pool. The hot tub had cold water in in and pool had hot water. Just a disappointment.

Breakfast was great! Room was comfortable! Would definitely stay there again! Our room was clean.

Staff was very friendly. The property is not well maintained and is NOT clean. This is an ownership issue and not a staff issue,

Location Everything was under construction. Hot tub broken, vending machines broken, furniture in lobby is in plastic, can’t sit on it, walls being repaired. Literally everything was broken. Carpet by the sink was soaking wet.

Very pleasent Fold over door lock broken

Room (108) was in horrible condition. We didn’t want to touch the carpet that was in very bad shape ( ripped up, stained etc). Window curtains were in bad condition as well. Breakfast was not existent ( by 8 am). Main entrance was very messy due to food from children eating and leaving a mess. Front desk smelled . Hot tub was not working. Pool was nice though.

Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was too basic.

They are going through a renovation. The rooms are half done. Paint on the carpet, baseboards missing, shower curtains too small for the new rails. I am sure it will be nice when it is done but we still paid full price. Sheets were clean and the breakfast was above average for a continental breakfast.

There are signs advising that the place is being renovated. The evidence of it was drywall dust and spackle on the carpets. Breakfast was great.

The room was great, but the hotel looked shabby due to the construction!

The room was in need of cleaning. Old couch and chair with stains. The hallway carpets were disgusting. Would not stay here again

The information on their website is not true

This place has nice staff and is well situated. The problem is the dinginess of the carpet, worn out furniture (holes in arm chair, rickety desk chair, worn pain on wood, headboard disintegrating). The best part about our stay really was the nice staff.

Upon check out, I mentioned to the staff that the toilet had not been working properly and her response was "sorry about that." There was construction throughout the inside of the property.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly

room was dirty. They were in the middle of remodeling, grout wasn't finished and grout and paint was splattered everywhere, on walls, floor, carpet. Went to run my grandkids a bath and paint and grout was in tub so tub hadn't been cleaned. pool wasn't heated and very murky water, you couldn't see the bottom.. I was leary about letting the kids swim in it but they begged. After 2 nights of swimming the pool was closed the third day, the clerk said they found something wrong with it. The sign said closed for maintenance. Hmmm. The hot tub was colder than the pool and there was a dead spider and other things floating in it. Very disappointing since my husband and I was looking forward to that. Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs, very thin bacon and soggy potatoes. I picked this place because it said excellent breakfast. Plus they ran out of food, coffee, utensils. Staff was nice during check in. I wouldn't stay there again

Room was dirty, half vacuumed sheets, and in bedspread or dirty had to have them come and change the bedding would’ve asked for a new room, but there was no more rooms.

The bed was comfortable and I did get a good sleep Went for the breakfast the coffee was lukewarm also the eggs, bacon and the potatoes were not warm at all. There is ongoing construction debris and nails and screws were in the elevator and corridor around the elevator.
