The only thing that can be improved is to have real brewed coffee instead in instant.

Hot tub did not work. That was a big reason for staying there

I stayed 2 nights and will stay a third in two days. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. The room is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent. The only thing they could improve is to add a place for guests to hang their clothes in the bathroom snd slso in the room since there are no closets. Parking is spacious and great location

The air conditioner was a little noisy, and if the doors were aloud to close on their own, it sounded like they were slamming. We had to learn to carefully slowly close them rather than let them swing closed on their own so as not to upset the neighbors.

The staff, especially Tavin at the front desk, were all very nice. My room had obviously just been updated and the bathroom was brand new. The room was clean and with plenty of towels. Really appreciated the mini fridge and the microwave in the room. Entrance is not inviting. The place is obviously very old and could benefit from an update. The carpet on the stairs and down the halls was horrendous: dirty and covered with big spots. The windows up the stairs needed a good cleaning. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The AC is the old-fashioned one, attached under the window and it is quite noisy. They could upgrade the breakfast pastries to something slightly better than Hostess.

Have stayed here before but always got a handicap room. Didn't need one this time so had to carry everything up the stairs, no elevators.

Property was well kept, pool area was clean and everything worked. Room was clean, everything worked, the mattress on the bed seemed thin but was comfortable. Breakfast was good, all the basics were covered. WiFi was slow, I experienced buffering and ended up using my phone as a hotspot rather than paying the Wyndham fees for faster WiFi. Price gouging at its finest in my opinion…

Room was not very comfortable, like maybe it was being renovated and pretty cold feeling and not inviting at all. No floor coverings just bare colored concrete floor.

We liked everything, but the staff and cleanliness were best Air didn’t work in one room, but staff helped out and got us taken care of.

The breakfast was a grab n go. By the time we got there to eat, there was nothing left at 9am.

there was a cockroach in our room upon arrival, in the bathroom. upon inspecting for more critters, I noticed the underside of the toilet seat was quite soiled, and had not been cleaned.

The cleanliness of the room and the hospitality of the person at the desk. We liked the whole experience.

Friendly staff! Comfy beds! One of the best hotel hot tubs I've ever seen!

Pillows were oversized and made sleeping uncomfortable for me. Because there was no front desk staff at our arrival, we had to use the phone to contact someone to come to the front desk.

To expensive for how old the place looked and the bathroom smells like cigarettes. Shower head was nasty looking. It was old and rusty.

Rooms were nice and cool on a hot day. Nice rooms with comfortable chair

Breakfast was appreciated. It was just waffles, cereal and toast/muffins. I believe they had yogurt. The hotel is clean! The room was clean. The grandchild and my husband enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub. Parking was good! We would have liked some sort of meat or maybe biscuits and gravy at breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
