The Staff person who checked us in was polite and helpful. Our TV would not let us watch Netflix. We called down to the desk on our cell phone (because the house phone was disconnected-even when we plugged it it, it still wouldn’t work), we were told to restart the TV. We did that twice and it still would not work. The buffet was lacking fruit and yogurt. Not sure if it was just in between stocking or what.

It is a beautiful property in a great location. Large rooms. The bed was too hard for me but that’s just me.

The AC was very loud, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside in the morning. The breakfast selection was also not as rich or varied as I have experienced at other Springfield hotels.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Living room area could use a coffee table and perhaps some housewares in the wetbar area. Our freezer section in the fridge was frozen to the top of fridge so we weren't able to use it. Pool doesn't open til 9 am but the fitness room is open 24 hours.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Rexburg Springhill Suites Marriott. The hotel was wonderful. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast was terrific. Thanks for a great stay!

a sometimes painful mount and dismount from the toilet. My knees were higher than my hips!!! Other than that discomforting experience, all was well.

It was very comfortable, clean, and had better than normal breakfast options.

Breakfast was great and bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The AC was awful. It gave the illusion it was cooling the room, but it never completely cooled the room. It was only in 80s and it made sleeping uncomfortable. We were glad it wasn't any hotter outside.
