What nice and knowledgeable staff! And the remodeled room was very good.

Everyone was friendly, very clean and helpful.

It was slimy, dirty, and loud. But it was cheap!

Bed was comfortable Floor of shower felt slimey, floor around bed was gritty dirt on it. Bedding had burn holes in it. Hallways stunk as if people were cooking in rooms? Staff as well as other guests were very loud in hallway especially outside my door

The room was comfortable and clean. The woman at the front desk was horribly rude and made me and my husband feel extremely unwanted and had zero customer service skills. We had the do not disturb sign on our room because we have had bad experiences with housekeeping taking our items in the past at other locations and without warning or telling us there was a policy that we could not have it on24/7 bc they needed to do room checks, she threatened to kick us out but we were very complient and said we understood and had no isse with that and she once again said we could take our business else where... we stayed a week and paid nightly prices like they were making good money off us. We also had security come to our room saying we didn't pay one night so they tried to have us leave when we had a receipt and bank statements on hand, we obviously were able to stay bc it was an employee error but there was no apology or sympathy for their mess up. The one man who came banging on our door every morning wake us up to pay for the next night night would always make borderline inappropriate comments to me and made me feel very uncomfortable.. the one heavie1r set lady on 1st shift needs to learn customer service skills and people skills altogether along with the African American gentlemen on second shift who visibly makes his coworker on that shift do all the work and it looks like he makes her visibly uncomfortable too from my point of view. We also were told to hurry up very rudely when checking out, I had asked for a wake up call so I would be up in time to pack and check out and that was not honored. When I went to give my key cards back to check out she threw them across the counter very aggressively and was very very rude to me when I was leaving and didnt even say have a good day or anything. Very nasty attitude i will never return here if she is still an employee.

Easy to find All the rooms were smoking and so the whole place smelled and the website says breakfast which there wasn’t any and the front desk said she wished they would update that information.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. My room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority throughout the entire property. The hotel itself was well-maintained and spotless in all common areas. Another major advantage is the location, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to find a meal or grab a quick bite. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Parking space Keys struggle, single bed in a double room, dirty rug, hair strands in the bathroom, very old structure, no elevators and you have to walk nearly half a mile to Door C to get to my room. Marijuana smoking going on the property.

The property was fine. Everything was wonderful. No complaints at all

No elevator which was rough with suitcases. Room itself was clean but the hallway smelled like weed.

The room was great - comfortable bed, clean room & bathroom. Thank you for supplying a toothbrush which one of us forgot to bring. 1. The body soap is too small for two people to use. 2. Loud music from across the street. 3. Some of the buttons on the tv remote would not work. 4. A man was trying to break into our room yelling that it was his room.
