    Not a very good neighbor, people fighting at nearby restaurant/bar. The hotel really needs updated. Took along time for hot tub to fill up and faucet was falling off. Door was literally falling apart. Booked non smoking and got smoking room, holes in sheets and smelled horrible.

    Writing It was a pleasant one-night stay overall, but we left with mixed feelings. We were warmly welcomed by the night receptionist, who was very polite and helpful. Even though the cafeteria was already closed, he kindly arranged a coffee for us upon request, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an interaction with another staff member at the reception. I believe her name was Stacy. At first, she was friendly and introduced herself. However, after some time, her behavior changed, and she began making inappropriate and racist remarks about India and the Indian community. We were deeply disappointed and uncomfortable. We even considered reporting the incident to the police, but after a long journey, we chose to leave the hotel without creating a confrontation. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff members are trained to treat every guest with respect and professionalism, regardless of their nationality or background. No guest should have to experience such behavior. This version is firm, factual, and more likely to be taken seriously by hotel management or on a public review site.

    There was no hot water when I attempted to take a shower the morning before I left.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. We choose this hotel for affordability and it was as expected; nothing fancy and close to our destination. The main concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, the water was lukewarm at best.

    This was a very nice hotel stay. Very friendly staff. It was clean and comfortable, above average. It's hard to make a good critique for only one night. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. Would definitely consider this hotel in the future.

    Long story short, I didn’t get what I paid for. I paid for a room that was supposed to have 1 queen bed. Instead I got a filthy room with double beds. I brought it to the staffs attention just for them to tell me that’s all they can give me. Why have me pay for something (I paid for it way in advance mind you) and I don’t even get what I paid for? On top of that the room was filthy. The floors were dirty, bathroom floors were dirty, you could feel all the filth on your feet when walking around. There were spider webs throughout the bathroom and under the sink area. And the 2 beds had stains on the sheets.

    While checking in lady was in lobby yelling am cursing on the phone and the guy behind the desk said nothing, pretty sure he's one of the owners. We would of checked out but there was an event that weekend(that we was not attending) and all the hotels were booked solid. Plus they wanted a 50$ Deposit? You have my card!

    Don’t book a non smoking room at this hotel as they only have smoking. When I checked in at desk, they said I booked a smoking room. Not! Showed my reservation and they said no smoking were rooms available. A dump hotel.

    NOTHING at all. I didn't like the room whatsoever. I was bit by bed bugs the bathroom was horrible everything. I wish there was a way for me to upload the video I have. I feel I deserve a full refund!!!

    This location is great and easily accessable to other places in Columbus. The area is a little depressed but seemed safe.
